Natural dialogue, enjoyable pacing. I enjoy stories that pull me in, not in a deceptive or pandering way, but by being, or at least feeling, honest - this was all that.

A delightful and interesting story which I thoroughly enjoyed. I look forward to your next story

Good story. You are an excellent writer and I look forward to more stories. Being a pilot, I found how you handled that part facinating. And your line about not hireing someone who lied about his experience was not lost. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for a great story, and also the lead on the homebuilt aircraft.  Took lil' ol' me more than a little while to find, especially the real "cudlgirrrl" one, which doesn't seem to be linked to the other sites.  Not sure why you want to hide the real name, but I'll keep it cozy.  Funny enough, the girls' site is WAAAAY more technical than the others with a great shop design and lots of advanced fabricating ideas.  Haven't flown myself since my parents bought me a few hours of flying lessons for my sweet 16th.  What a rush!  I loved it, but priorities change (dating, car, college, work, apartment, marriage, house, family, etc..)  Definitely miss it.  Hmmmmm...  Build my own plane?

Dear Deni:

A perfectly delightful and engrossing story. Sounds a tremendous amount like real life. This is some of the best writing on this site.  Well focussed, clear, concise and really fun. I would love to see more of this realtionship or of anything else you wish to write about Deni. This is simply marvelous. Very highly recommended.

Hugs,

Kristi

Deni,
This story reveals your characteristic skills, a fine ear for dialogue and an enviable command of plot structure and language. Your story draws the reader along, even when some of the context is outside their experience and interest (aviation, in my case).
Well done and warm thanks for Autumn to Spring. Beautifully done!

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.

It is not necessary to use your real name here, and, email addresses are optional.  Posting your email address will allow the author to thank you for taking the time to post your comments, and/or discuss critiques and address possible concerns.
