I sympathize with Jezzi's viewpoint, but I'm swayed by the fact
that he discovered his girly side & realized he liked it. That
counts for a lot in my book...although of course it could so easily
have gone the other way. Certainly in real life Jezzi's is the only
line to take. But this story isn't real life & doesn't pretend to
be.

This is a sweet tale - no one really hurt or humiliated and a boy discovers his girlie side too.  Almost perfect.  

This was a pretty good story but it just illustrates the point that no good deed goes unpunished.  I guess that I just wish that when he went over the second Saturday and "one of his best friends" betrayed him and, along with her sister, tried to blackmail him for the second time, he had said, "I thought you were my friend.  Do your worst; I never want to see either of you again!" and walked out.
