I like to think that Staci was very lucky as I would have been if I had of drank Brian's potion. Where can I get some?

This was a cute story.  I think it is the first story I have seen from you. As a first story you show great promise. The tale was fun to read and was edited clean enough not to cause stumbles to the reader.  Yes, I was surprised at the acceptance of his parents to the apparent alteration, and maybe, with Brian's mother's acceptance also.  I am surprised, that in the story, no one seems to try to make Brian responsible for rectifying his dastardly deeds.
The death of the proprietor does not eliminate the necessity of using the remains of the magic store inventory and contacts in attempts to make amends. Maybe some real life legal warrants would magically make the relatives or caretakers of the proprietor's estate to assist.
I liked it.  I will now try to read the other you have posted here.

Something is just a bit off.  It doesn't mention that Brian is capable of doing magic in the beginning.  All of Brian's pranks were of the junior high level.  Yet, after drinking the coke, Dave expects to have grown extra toes, fangs, elf ears etc.  Dave's parents aren't at all shocked by what Brian was able to do, nor was Brian's mom.  Yet, they apparently live in a magic free world judging by the reactions they got while trying to find a way to reverse it.

Outside of the confusion about what people knew of Brian's abilities it's a good story.

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
