fPCpKy Spot on with this write-up, I seriously think this web site needs much more attention. I all probably be returning to see more, thanks for the advice! Comment by ashley on 03/15/14 Such a wonderful story. I do wonder why there was no mention of Denise's private areas. Just reading this and I have PC so imagine being in his/her state there must have been orgazams galore. That being said, I loved this version and again wonder what the missed out parts would have been. Maybe and add on - appendix with the left out parts? !! well done. Comment by Jezzi Stewart on 04/30/06 Great rewrite of what I consider a horror story. Kipling said it best: "The female of the species is more deadly than the male." While it's true that Dennis was a brat and needed to be taken down a peg, the women went far beyond the punishment fitting the crime. There really are no likable characters in this story. Comment by Helen Highwater on 09/09/05 Thank you all for your kind comments. I love the idea of a continuation of the story too, but remember that I didn't write quite a lot of this, I just added to it. I'll think about a continuation, and the ideas about Denise as his wife's wife and mother of his children appeals, but don't expect it soon. Thanks again, Helen Comment by Simone on 08/16/05 I have been captivated by the "Miss High Heels" story ever since reading it sixteen years ago, and have read several versions since then. Helen Highwater's adaptation is the best. Comment by julie j on 07/08/04 an intresting story hard to read but i managaged a lot savage in parts what a way to go losing his fortune and only getting an allowance its a long way to go and how you managed to write such aa great story amazes me many compliments Comment by Clarissa on 05/19/04 Impeccably done: a delight to read from start to finish. I congratulate the author and hope that she'll grace us with more of her work - whether she's revising classics like this one or undertaking an original tale I'm sure the results will be as captivating as Miss Helen! Comment by Jane Hudson on 05/15/04 This was such a great story how about a follow up on his life as his wifes wife and mother of his childern and her life as the Boss of his life. More PLEASE Comment by josie on 05/14/04 It doesn't get much better than this. Imaginative, thoughtful, seductive- and I can't imagine the amount of effort that went into writing it. Comment by Mindy on 05/14/04 The original story was one of the first forms of TG fiction I ever read. Then there was the re-print on Empathy Press of the same story a couple of years later. There was always something about the original that always fascinated me. I have reread it hundreds of times. Comment by Jane Hudson on 05/07/04 Lovely the story love the frocks in the storys Comment by Jennifer on 05/03/04 I did not think it was possible that this classic piece of TV erotica could be improved upon. And yet, it seems that has been done. I eagerly look forward to more. Comment by Rebecca C Taylor on 05/02/04 Helen |

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated. Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated. I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory. Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also. There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box. Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs. It is not necessary to use your real name here, and, email addresses are optional. Posting your email address will allow the author to thank you for taking the time to post your comments, and/or discuss critiques and address possible concerns. Be forewarned that abusive remarks and language will be removed, and the posters may be banned from this AND other areas of StorySite. |
