I really liked this story.  The women were willing to reform rather than punish when they saw Elaine going beyond the programing and liking the transformation.  Elaine did come to be happy.  She was not demoted and Kate was promoted.  As Elaine remembered Howard's promotion, there apparantly was no identity death.  It looks like Howard just realized that he had become a much better person by being feminized and gave over the playing field to Elaine.  It also was intimated that Kate and Elaine (and I assume Gina, too)  were going to be equal girlfriends, not domme and sub.  Seems to me like everybody won.

This is another terrific story.  I can go either way on the boss becoming her secretary but this was one case where it would have been justified completely.

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
