All I could think of when reading your story was where could I get a box like the one in your story. I would definetly had tried that dress on.

Interesting story, Paul, or story fragment.

I'm glad to see that you're trying to turn out longer pieces.

The on-going transformation was well-described.

Now you need to continue with the story.  What was the reaction of the original girl friend?  Why did she have the dress, and does she want it back?  Does the main character do more than just try to trick other guys into wearing it?  What happens to his old life?  Does the fact that he works at a museum have any bearing on what happens?  Is the dress some kind of artifact?  Does it do anything more?

I hope you'll do a sequel that tries to answer some of these questions -- or others that you may think of.

Good story that remind me of my own mannequin and Body Gallery stories.  I especially like the part about how when the heels were off the feet remain on its toes. Real imaginative story that makes me want to read it over and over again.

Candi Box had that "something" I can't put my finger on it but I liked it.  I hope you'll write a follow up telling about the original girlfriend caming home and what happens then and why she had the box?

A very enjoyable and well written fantasy. I can't really put my finger on the reason, but I really enjoyed this one. Please keep writing!

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
