good story,would like to know what happened next

I am not a critic and honestly do not feel qualified to critique your  work .......I am fast becoming  a real fan of your  work ,I love the sentimental and coerced rather than the beat into submission kind of stories .
  So I felt (really wished)this would  have been better longer and gone through the taming of the beast . I am sure that  is  just  because  I am selfish and  so love your writing that longer would always  be better !!!!

interesting start but you could go further and add moreto ths story its like hanging on air

LOL...You know, this short and not so sweet stuff does get to me sometimes. To me it's like an idea for a story that didn't pan out, or simply, the muse didn't continue strumming her tune.

Paul Jutras(SP?) a very prolific contributor, uses this style, short, leave the reader to do the writing to actually finish the story. Is that the intent of these short little tidy bits? Sort of, story ideas written down as, well, a story?

It is good, the premise of a twist to something a bit more inclusive?

Maybe I'm just a bit jealous, I could never manage to write one of these; to much left to write about.

i feel a new start should be added to this story as there are bound to be dissagreements etc a good story but blackmail its a bit much  to loney women after something better an intresting composition well written &explained

I loved the story and liked the thought that Robert future will be in a place he can not get out of.  

Fabulous!  I love the ending!  It does leave one guessing, doesn't it?  You have done justice to the story which inspired this one.  Incidently, I wonder if perhaps the deck was a little bit stacked, and both envelopes had the same contents?

I liked it! It was a nice, quick read that left me guessing ... and hoping! ^_^

If Aunt Amelia is a true woman, my guess is that both envelopes have exactly the same contents.  :-)
