Yes,not a bad read; but I was nevertheless disappointed. Early June is no doubt correct in how the story continues, so probably there's no good reason to continue.  But what if....

What if the fairy godmother hadn't added caution #2 in such a vague manner? After all, the old gal knew that Tommy was deserving and was so excited s/he cprobably couldn't even remember the second half of the alphabet. Since when have such figures of goodness turned into legalistic ogres?

What if Ella's daughter eventually has to choose between a scion of the (Charlie) Prince family and the King family? (Yes, I dip into the TV soaps from time to time.)

What if our storyteller were to suddenly switch focus to how Charlie and the three step-sisters (and step-mother, too) get some kind of a comeuppance as fate allows Ella and her child to survive and prosper?

Hey!  A throughly fun piece. Boy, wait till Ella finds her fella is fickle. Then she's in a pickle.  Cause soon she'll be torn, after the new babe is born.  And now Ella is an unwed single mother working as a maid for support. Thanks for the fun read.

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
