This isn't even a story.  It'd be like writing, "I looked up and watched that cute new student walk past my desk."  That's not a story...it's not even a scene.  And, if all the guys are wearing skirts or dresses, then there's no TG element.  If the protagonist isn't conflicted in some way by the way he's dressed, either embarrassed, humiliated, or titillated, or people looking at him are not shocked or amused, then what's the point?

A story line that might be interesting would be to take your gender reversed male and drop him someway into our universe and watch how he and his new environment react to each other.

A teacher finds the appearance of a student of the opposite sex distracting, and nothing happens as a consequence.  I'm sorry; naming the student Paul doesn't make this TG, and posting it on Storysite doesn't make it a story.  (Also, changing tenses halfway through and running sentences together doesn't make it very coherent.)

It's really disappointing to me to see items like this from Heather at this late stage, after the more complete and more lucid stories under her byline over the past several months.  It gives the impression that she's unable to tell the difference...

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
