C'mon coach give me "the Gingerman Test"!  Something tells me I would be as easy to train as Tommy was.  This is such a fun story.  Your style is a bit different in this one then in the previous story of yours that I read.  This one is almost like a Sissy film Noir script, full of funny, fun campy lines - did you intend that? A really fun story, definitely well above the median iun terms of quality.  I love the idea that he takes the mothers as well as the son's that's pretty erotic, and that his sissy has the mothers dress up in heels and stockings. Its also a little hilarious how you draw parallels to actual profession life - a sissy draught - I laughed at that thinking of how professional service world is so feast or famine oriented. Of course my favorite scene is the one with Alex ;)!   A wonderful Story Fred, thank you so much for sharing it.
Constructive criticism:  Two points -
1.  I'd love to see you take just a single training scene of a particularly stubborn boy and draw it out and extend it - that could be a whole story in itself as each person has a new story wrapped inside of them.      
2.  You say, "Even then, I understood that if God made you a sissy, you're a sissy and that's all there is to it."  Really?  Do you really think that?  Or is there more nuance and complexity than that?

Delightful story.  So nice to see a fresh concept. Do tell us more from teh perspective of those who've been trained by "Coach."

It might be fun to add an epilogue with Coach seducing and sissifying one of the fathers... just for fun, or to demean him before his wife?
