Hi Carmenica.
Do you think that what you're doing with us is fair? We're in 2011, and you don't wrote anything more about this story!
We all want to know the end of this story!
Please. Let us not wait any longer!
Kisses.
Silvia.

Now this is not very nice of you Girl!
Here you go and get another great story going but where are the other
22 parts???????
I know life throws curves and other things at us but it's not fair to make us wait so long.

I really do hope you are still writing and that it has taken this long for you to get the story down the way you want it before posting.
That is my hope; anyway.
Please do not end this here, your fans await your prose!!!!!

Carmenica Diaz,

This a very captivating start to a story. You have set up a variety of characters, my personal favorite being the mother with the missing leg who appeared to have been fooled by her children through the past years, but wasn't. The setting has a global horizon, both in an exploration spread over geography, and a character's inner exploration of herself.  And perhaps we will learn something about the tradecraft involved in being a cold war spy. The way that y9ou used the subtle comments from the doctor to set the tone of great suspence was classic. WOW! I know from your earlier stories of Mask and Catherine Lawrence that you an author of considerable talent. Thank you for the contribution. I really, really look forward to seeing where you chose to take things.

Thank you so much!

So far so very good.  The idea is very interesting and the possiblity of the intrigue behind the transformation keeps me suspended on the edge of my seat.  It reminds me of an old detective story where you now what they are doing but you don't know why or who dunit!

Only the first 2 chapters but building nicely.

An excellent start! Although I prefer to read stories in just a few sittings, I suppose I will have to learn to be patient. Catherine Lawrence was highly entertaining so I am looking forward to reading the rest of this story.

Great story. In fact I purchased it from your site just so I could find out how it all ended.

Hi,

This could be a stereotypical beginning, but I trust you to ginger it up.

I'm glad you are bringing in references to time, and I hope you bring in more specific references as to place.

If you want any technical advice, please do not hesitate to ask.

On the other hand, a great deal of the interest in your stories comes from the emotional development of the protagonist. Sometimes it takes decades to discover one's identity, and here's a chance to show how.

Carmenica was a good transtition story. I'm dying to see how this one turns out.

Hmm, any hero(ine) who thinks Margaret Thatcher is/was a scary, evil bitch is a friend of mine :o), so I'm looking forward to reading the subsequent episodes.  Being a jazz pianist's a good start too.  It hardly seems to be worth commenting that the writing style is easy on the eye, and captures the essence of 70s Britain well so far, because Ms Diaz's other stories are so good.  Looking forward greatly to the subsequent episodes.

Off to a good start.
