Great story, except a couple of booboos.
When you get intubated, you are placed in a coma, so your tube gets removed when you are unconscious, not after waking.
Second, insurance will not pay out anything if the driver is drunk.

I love this story!  I think it's because it is a nice mixture of the 'boy transforms to girl' stuff that turns us on, AND a touching love story.  I especially like that they get married as two girls rather than Ronnie suddenly becoming interested in guys as so often happens in these stories. Why does becoming a girl nearly always mean that you suddenly lose interest in other girls and lust after studly guys? Thanks for this alternative ending, Samantha Michelle!

A somewhat convoluted tale of a slightly built lad coming to grips with his feminine side. Then the accident that pushed things all the way.
