  Read in short instalments over a period it is still difficult to remember who is in whose body, perhaps each book should begin with a chart to bring the reader up to date with character changes. Good story but needs more editing.

  Book 1 - 3. Too much concentration needed to keep track of who is in whose body. Further confusion introduced by some chapters repeating a previous chapter in a different perspective as seen by another character. The storyline is good but would be more acceptable if written in a simpler, shorter format.

a whale of a tail,which isn't bad it just means bring refreshments as it'll take a while to get throu I was't to excited at first I thought it was a bit of over reaction to the situation but it goes with the rest of the story, doesn't take long to get hooked to the end it's super.

I'd love to leave a nice comment about this epic tale. It's humongous. Awesome, remarkable, intricate. Too much so, I couldn't finish it. In fact it got so complex and fantastic that after Elizabeth slithered away with her tail betwe... um oops ( heh )

I'm to much of a romantic at heart to read it through, it was becoming to dark, to heavy. Blow after blow. Nearly at a glimmer of a break, the rug gets swiped from below your feet again. God how exhausting.

And all that without much of a chuckle or a giggle to loosen the suspense. It's suffocating in a way that reminds me of Russian writers. Which in a way maybe could be considered as praise?

Sorry, I didn't particularly enjoy it.

Darkside, if you are not already published in the big hard world of publishers and profits, then you should be! The story of Dr Elizabeth Bexley and her dark & lighter sides is brilliant stuff. I've been reading SciFi since I was 13 and Darkside's up there with the best of them. Greg Bear watch out!

I hardly know where to begin this.  When I originally saw the size of these story chapters, I quailled but I perservered and I am so glad I did.  Darkside took a story that was full of transformations and evil and turned it into a rare work of art.  It didn't go anywhere near where I thought it might and I feel richer and somehow more at peace having read it. There is heroism, sacrifice, adventure, romance, revenge and love in every chapter of this remarkable story and I STRONGLY urge everyone to set aside some time, and READ this masterwork by one of the most talented writers in this, or any other genre.  Darkside, THANK you for this one.  All of your hard work has paid off and this story moved me as no other has done for a long time.  If you have not published before this, you should, IMHO, consider it.
