Why don't you always write stories like this one?
You can make your readers loving you, and your stories too.
You did a good job!
Silvia.

Of all the things I have encountered in TG fiction, I think that this one surprised me most: a meditation on the (genderless) nature of The Absolute.

This story strikes at least as close to home for me as it does for the author. When I go, I don't want to take anyone with me, though -- not even a deer. Though a beautiful phantasy, I am convinced that ego consciousness, identity, personality, and memories all are left behind along with life and, on the other side is -- nothingness.

The Hereafter is the story I have just read and I thought it was very touching and sweet! A story of hope for the end, if there truly is an end that is!?

This may a bit late, but I just read your very sweet little story. As ALL TS/TV stories are fundamentally fantasies, the ones that  relate to all readers are the best ones. Nearly ALL of us "girls" can relate and fantasize while reading your story, and after all, thats what it is all about. Please write more like it,in particular the afterlife and finding the "real" person thesis.

Dear Ann,

I have read many of your stories and I am always touched by them. This one has me in tears myself. I always love a happy ending, especially when the heroine has feeling so close to my own.
I like the hint of a follow on story where Brad gets his just deserts!

Very nice story, Annie; I love a logical progression toward a happy ending.  How about Brad gets to be the full length mirror in the Girls' room; he can see them dress and undress and etc., feels what a man would feel, but can't do a thing about it.

Dear Anne:
You have written some enjoyable stories.  I like most all of the stories that you have posted.  But this piece seems like a departure from your usual.  It is very good,as are most of yours. It is an enjoyable fantasy, maybe even to wish fullfillment. I usually prefer happy endings, and this was so poignant that you did bring tears to my eyes, and then you adroitly dropped the bit of humor on the destiny of Brad which took the sharp edge off.  Well done.
Tearingly, Jan

A very nice story of one possible vision of heaven or an after life. It brought a small tear to my eye. Bless you Ann.

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
