That's a bad story. Comment by Dianna on 08/19/08 I'm with Jezzi on this one, but this being said: would the spell ever wear off? And if so, what would happen at that point? I'm curious because a punishment isn't affective unless the person learns from it, however any punishment has lasting imprints on the person: the severity and duration affected by how serious and long the punishment lasted. While there wouid be passive good in such a transaction in that David's buyer would presumably be so taken with the new David that countless real little girls would be spared, it's seems a shame that David could not have been designed to actively punish his owner - something like making sure that sex with David is addictive, then set it up so over time, as he has sex with David, he, somehow knowing what will happen to him there, develops an increasing craving to visit Hill House himself, transfering David to another pedophile before finally doing so.
