What all the others said. It's unfortunate, though, that the author paid no attention whatsoever to the mechanics of her writing, as it is full of homophone, punctuation, syntactic, and other such errors. It would appear that she didn't even use a spelling checker. These irritants seriously detract from what is otherwise a thoroughly delightful story.

Hi Katie,
I agree with Jezzi Stewart's comments. I felt she said
it all and anything I could add would be redundant at
best. I loved it and would/will read it again soon.

This does sound to me as if it has potential for continuation.  Perhaps, some time, if you have the time to spare...

Very sweet, Katie, and pretty realistic.  It was nice that you kept it simple and avoided a lot of the cliches like dressing him in an ultra-frilly party dress, or giving him a perm.  It was a nice twist at the end that it was the man who was supportive.

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
