Love this story!  Has this author written any more?

I'm sorry, but the story isn't good.

Dear Ms. Smith:
And excellent story. I liked the  intrigue without resolution.
The story holds together well. The unexplained methods are not unique but enjoyable occasionally. I would like more of the story.
The only negative, is the placement in the TG Genre, I do not see a TG Element. I am glad it was here to afford me the opportunity to read it though.--April

LOVE THE STORY BUT THE WHOLE LAUREN bit had left me puzzled too

Comment by Jezzi Belle Stewart on 03/05/03
The story was intriguing, but isn't transgender fiction.  Beyond that, it raises more questions than it answers.  Who is Lauren?  is she organic or robotic?  Is magic or advanced technology at work?  Why is she doing this to Kara and her husband?  One imagines there is a political plot here but nothing is clear.

Of course the main question that just screams out for an answer is how could any sane, rational Democrat voluntarily become a ... a...  it's so hard to say ... a ... a Republican!?!  :-)

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
