I don't understand Danielle's comments. His wife didn't really have anything to do with Victor's dilemma. HE was the one who ordered the vitamins and took them. I think that the doctor who examined him was a bit off in that stopping the hormones would not cause irreversible changes. He would just lose most of his attributes. But then that would spoil the story.

I like stories that aren't vindictive and over controlling. People CAN be friends and supportive in the right circumstance. The sadist thing is the loss of their original marriage. But you can't blame any woman who married a man for a man's pleasure and then loses that man, to be satisfied or happy. Being great friends was a nice compromise to end the story.

Nice story; almost believeable.

i retired early due to a corporate buyout. i also became a house husband. my wife loved teasing me and telling me i was now her little housemaid. she started teasing me and telling me i should start wearing womans clothing while cleaning the house since it was womanswork.all the while and unknown to me she had replaced my vitamin supplements with female hormones. over the course of 18 months, my normal male body was transformed to that of a woman. once i realized what had happened it was to late just as in the story. we now live together as 2 woman. all my old friends think i am cute and some of them hit on me. be careful when taking vitains when your wife has an agenda

  I lost my job because of a Motor Vehical Accident. I am very happy that I don't have a spouse! What a betrayal! I am shocked that a so called loving wife would do this. When you get right down to it it is murder. Victor will never be able to have children now so that is also murder of possible offspring. The drugs would also affect Victor's mind so you also have the destruction of a personality. What did Victor do to deserve all this punishment? How can the wife possibly rationalize what she has done?

  I am very saddened by the social implications. Have we no concience anymore?
