SLOTHROP, I LOVE YOUR ANGEL. SHE REMINDS ME SO MUCH OF TWO OF MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS BY VALENTINA MICHELLE SMITH. THEY ARE DIANA HUNTER AND HER DAUGHTER JO-ELLEN: THE ROSE. ANGEL KEEPS GIVING HER A CHANCE AT REDEMPTION. ONLY AFTER BUG PROVES TO BE ON ANGEL'S SIDE AND ALL OF HER SINS ARE TO BE REVEALED DOES SHE GIVE IN. MAYBE SHE WILL BECOME AN ANGEL ALLY IN TIME.

So I see for your third Angel short story you've abandoned the "Bad Boy to Good Girl" theme for the victimised cross dresser, another old favorite.  I must say, this is a really solid story, better written than the first two and with much fewer typos.  I get the feeling you put a lot more time into this one. As one who has complained before about the sameness of most TG stories, this one was a delite!  I loved the way you went through every cliche and had Angel comment on them, especially when he wondered why the victims were always so afraid of being spotted in the beauty shop scene.  He was always one step ahead of his advasary and I loved it when Bug turned out to be on his side.  I also liked the fact that he refused to do to the woman what she'd wanted done to him; such humanity is sorely lacking in too many stories.  All in all, a fine story and, I hope, not the last one with Angel.  Surely there are more TG cliches to explore and explode.

Excellent story as far as it went.  I do feel however, that you would have helped the story by including descriptions of events you glossed-over (such as Angel's early history and what led him/her to become whom he/she now is.  If you could fill-in the blanks, this would be one hell of a powerful story.  I do love your work--Sharlee

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
