Just recently discovered you on Krystel’s site. I’ve read every story there.and have enjoyed them all. This story was especially good and really went beyond the normal. Is there anywhere else you have stories posted? I’m also a military history fan, so this story was enjoyable on several levels. You were also right on about the macho pilots.

There was a lot to like in this long story.  The aircraft and air operations stuff was all very well done, and very realistic.  Plus, you taught me a lot about the Canadian Forces, their aircraft (real and fictional), and even their bases.  The Canadian Air Force, as it happens, has a great web site that really helped me to understand some of the military details.

Like a lot of sci-fi, though, the suspension of disbelief was a vital ingredient that this reader had to bring to the story.  It wasn't until a day *after* I finished reading part three that I suddenly found myself wondering, "What was up with that weapon-launching dildo and butt plug?  Do you suppose that's why they call it a cockpit?"

Anyway, without getting overly analytical (anal?), I heartily enjoyed it.  Thanks very, very much for sharing it with us.  Best wishes!

I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your latest story.  It's such an interesting departure from your classic stories, and it's so well told, too.  I really enjoyed it.  I wish I knew enough to be able to tell how accurate your flight details were, but it sure *read* well.  

And I'd rather see Anne Marie than Clint Eastwood any day.  :-)
