As usual this is a well-written story and full of the detail or the, "word-pictures," that make it great. The young lad who found more family acceptance as a young lady did have some dark moments and, perhaps, should have been included with the shared information.

HOWEVER ... when is part two coming? Or, is there a Part Two? This is 2004!

Is it up to the reader's imaginaton?

My wife liked your book, "Lacey." I think the last two chapters qualified it for her.

this story is well writen a bit heavy for daniel who had the hardest jodbto do having to dress as a girl not understanding why it seem the school staff are quite vicious by the way they treated the girls i reckon the purple pill are hormones the next installment hopefully will be as good as the first well done

  I thought the story (so far) was interesting and well written, but I have to agree with other girls that it does seem to have a "dark" tone to it when Amanda is sent to a distant girls school.  One suspects that her mother wanted her out of the way so her own love-life could be indulged in without the presence of anyone else around to interrupt it.  For a woman that wants her son to be her daughter, she seems to almost "put it on hold" while she indulges her sexual appetite.

it was a wicked trick to play but I understand why thew next part should be more intresting as to how he gets a long and what happens when someone catches him out which must happen at some stage in the story well done and i look foreward to the next part

This is a very interesting but cold, icy cold, story, except for the ending. I shivered all through this. I know there are SOME women who detest men. And I know of a few case histories where mothers have forced their sons to dress and act as girls. But this story . . . I just don't know. There is something very dark in between the lines.

A well written story with a few twists and turns that lets the reader enjoy the years that Amanda turns into a girl. I found lots of loving and a few parts that were not as you would expect in a story. But, the truth is that such things do happen in real life and you don't always have the happiest of times growing up.
