This story was very good, I liked the way Lauren was so supportive. My only criticism is that I would have liked to have read about Sara telling her parents and developing her boobs.

What did she mean, "sometimes you've got to wear pants"?  Darlin', REAL girls NEVER wear pants.  Pants are for boys.  Skirts and dresses for girls.

Dear Jennifer:

You are SO talented.  Your technique is very professional, and your descriptions are vivid, and you always tell your tales well.  But, when you truly get your arms around your characters and add true empathy into the equation, the results are sheer magic.

I've printed this story, punched holes, and put it in my collection of keepers.  It was all very logical, true to itself, and almost inspirational.  Congratulations!

Love & Hugggs,
Sheryl S.

I really like this story.  I enjoy stories that get my emotions involved and I really don't care whether they make me mad (a good cardiovascular workout without annoying exercise :-) or sad, or, as in this case, leave me with a warm glow.  Jennifer, you are a very talented author to be able to write the range of stories you do, what a change this one was from, for example, "Mother-in-law" which made me furious and probably flushed out a number of my arteries :-)  Also, the sheer volume of your work is amazing.  I am envious.  You go, girl!

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.

It is not necessary to use your real name here, and, email addresses are optional.  Posting your email address will allow the author to thank you for taking the time to post your comments, and/or discuss critiques and address possible concerns.
