Having waited a little over one year for this follow-up report, I cannot imagine your readers being anything but pleased.Your writing is clear and your approach is frank and no nonsense. That makes the interesting story you have to tell all the more appealing. So, about this time next year or a little later we need to have our eyes peeled for more of this serial? (Not that your other stories are unwelcome!)

The fact that for you pulling on women's clothing is simply "getting dressed" seems remarkable to me, and I cannot help but feel that your openness with your wife and her difficult but positive response to you have added something crucial to your situation. Any chance that she might write a companion piece about living with all facets of you? This might be good for people who really have difficulty coming out to their spouses. It might also add (esp. if you are not in on every step of the writing) some elements that would aid in understanding your own particular strain of crossdressing as well as be more generically applicable.

Lisa Elizabeth and you are now a touchstone. Readers will use your narrative to help them think about their own lives.

I hope this doesn't mean you aren't writing any more of those lovely stories???
Em, ever think that you may have crossdressed as a way of separating yourself from your father -- tried to be closer to your mother? After all, "if you were a girl" he might still have run off with that other person.
Now, the "need" is no longer there, and you can dress or not, as YOU wish, sort of like: "Dorothy, you always had that power."

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.

It is not necessary to use your real name here, and, email addresses are optional.  Posting your email address will allow the author to thank you for taking the time to post your comments, and/or discuss critiques and address possible concerns.

Be forewarned that abusive remarks and language will be removed, and the posters may be banned from this AND other areas of StorySite.
