This is a lovely story between two homosexuals but the impossibility of two genetically born males to conceive in the way suggested is too far fetched. This is the first story of hundreds that I have read, where there are almost no grammatical errors etc. Well done. I assume that now the story site has finished, the comments are not now monitored.

The Mulitverse of Janet is a delightful series of vingettes with a single theme. However, you should review this particular story to increase the biological problem you created. The placenta is the organ that attaches to the wall of the uterus to act as an interface between the mother's body and the baby's body. Perhaps you might consider a re-write in which a uterus, sans fully operational fallopian tubes, is created. In this case it would not be accessed through the vagina and cervix. However, they would be created at a later time to connect to the existing uterus to reconstuct Janet into the woman she should have been.
Keep up the nice work. Your thematic arc is strong. Your story development is plausible and well paced. Your construction is very good, as are are both your syntax and grammar.
Thank you for lovely, and often poignant stories that make me cry and smile.

I've been smiling since the opening lines.
You write convincingly, and as close to reality as intellectually possible.
Your plot was perfecect.

Well Janet, This time you have out done yourself. Jeff becomes Janet to thwart his dad, but its all so as Janet, he can inherit the estate an aunt left. But Janet, does she develop her own ovaries or is it her Mom's egg? I want to know more how her dad felt as well as David though, in a sequel/

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.

It is not necessary to use your real name here, and, email addresses are optional.  Posting your email address will allow the author to thank you for taking the time to post your comments, and/or discuss critiques and address possible concerns.
