Though obviously a caricature, I have no doubt that there are marriages this bad, or even worse. I believe the author has tapped into a significant source of some gender dysphoria, the way that many men are feeling "done in" these days by the way that equal rights has been replaced by supremacy. I was expecting at least some of the other comments here (I read the story first, this time) would reflect this sentiment, and I was not disappointed.

TG fiction that expresses these sentiments is rare as hen's teeth (while TG fiction that bashes men is as common as hen-pecked husbands). This one is a keeper, and will go right next to _Prisoners of Tiresias_ by Christopher Leeson (listed on Crystal's site as just "Tiresias") in my own collection. Thank you for daring to speak your truth, which is also the truth of many others of us.

Incredible story, I thought for a moment that you were describing my life. Maybe it is time for me to go on strike.

Absolutely excellent! Good narrative, courageous actions, proper end to a miserable marriage, and, good laugh thrown in for good measure.
Thanks for taking the time to write and post this one.

Brilliant. You have said it in a T. How often have I felt the same!

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.

It is not necessary to use your real name here, and, email addresses are optional.  Posting your email address will allow the author to thank you for taking the time to post your comments, and/or discuss critiques and address possible concerns.
