This was a nice story. I'm not much into the wizards and warlocks stuff, but this read very well. Thank you for your efforts. Comment by Roy Johnston on 02/06/17 an exceptionally well written + enjoyable story. Comment by Anima on 04/30/09 I enjoyed the story, I hope you plan on extending the story. Either way Thank you it was a pleasure to read. Comment by Silvia. on 04/11/09 I loved that story. Comment by Silvia (from Brazil) on 04/11/09 Yeah, you surpassed your own stories with this one. Comment by stephen on 04/10/09 i love the story so far.its nice as a t/g to read if(iwish it was me)how this story going. now i'm about to read part 2? i'll tell you when i will finishen reading it. Comment by Lilith Langtree on 03/10/09 Just got through reading Ambition and Purpose. I really liked your plots. They are original and, with a minor suspension of belief (magic), realistic. I'd love to see more of Hallie's adventures. Comment by Early June on 09/23/04 Just finished part 2. Cant wait to finish 03. Your research seems meticulous to a reader like me. I had to spend some time looking up the Minoan civilization and Santorini/Thera and the speculation on Atlantis. Another job well done. Thank you Julie Comment by anonymousOne on 09/14/04 Julie O, Comment by Ronald Johnson on 09/11/04 I have finished reading Ambitions, it like the rest of your writings, makes me feel like I'm there taking part in all that is going on. As is the case with Ally Burns, Iona, and Beth; Hallie is very much alive. I wonder if you, Julie, have had some experiences that allow you to do such realistic writings? They are great. Comment by Annie O on 09/10/04 Great story! I wear a Labrys also, a symbol of the Mother Goddess. Comment by Pippa K. on 09/10/04 Well, I didn't get any sleep last night, yet your magical story leaves me feeling refreshed and content. I didn't think it was possible, but you really recaptured and built on the success of the first story. Amazing. Comment by Gabrielle on 09/09/04 Very, very nicely done. Real authorship. Guess I'll be buying one of your books in the future. Thank you for a great read, after a day of hard work. The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated. Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated. I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory. Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also. There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box. Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs. It is not necessary to use your real name here, and, email addresses are optional. Posting your email address will allow the author to thank you for taking the time to post your comments, and/or discuss critiques and address possible concerns. Be forewarned that abusive remarks and language will be removed, and the posters may be banned from this AND other areas of StorySite. |
