A great story that really felt like it was happening in real life until at the very end when Ken entered the restaurant dressed as a Knight...that was a touch much, it seemed to kill the reality.  I was happy for Gwen when her father accepted her and Ken told her that he knew of her past but loved her for who she is now.  I wish Gwen all the very best...she has earned it!

A girl by accident? Sometimes it just happens this way, like falling off a cliff and finding oneself in Heaven.

Definitely the nicest story I have read so far on this website.   Very good, convincing story, no rampant sex or foreplay, no magic, and no strange goings-on.  Quite charming.  Very well done.

Cute story along your usual lines, but the crusading English king was Richard I (the Lion-Hearted), not Richard III, who was depicted by Shakespeare as a deformed, monstrous ruler.  (That's untrue, presumably, but a musical featuring him sounds like somebody's answer to Mel Brooks' Springtime for Hitler.)

Great story Janet! Garrett becomes Gwen for the play, but finds te role to be his new life. What's interesting is no mention of breast forms or panty girdle, only a corset. Janet a part 2 is needed here. I believe this is a fantasy tale too.

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
