Long time reader of all your stories, but since story site went into overhaul, your literature has been hard to get to. Any way, just read "The school nerd", found Jill's mother dead early on ,and father no help with her "girl growing", but, later, in church, her mother is introduced. Just thought you might like to know. Keep up with the great stories. A dream come true at last, and he thought it would be discipline (Ha!) it was great how this story progressed to a happy ending. Well done Janet! The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated. Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated. I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory. Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.
