Don't listen to cry babies about snuf stories or that nonsense. The whole point of a domme-submissive relationship is to extend it and nurture it.  The act of domination and submission is assuming a role that meets the needs of both parties so as to help them thrive and survive in a meaningful way for both of them.  It is not for one to act opposite to the surviv-and-thrive concept.  For a murder of one to occur runs contrary to the idea of mutual well being and consenuality of act.   Your last two stories Meah do just that.  I speak also of forced castration as well.  Those stories run counter to the idea of mutuality of relationship and meeting of ideal needs.  As such, they are not of the community genre that most of us find acceptable.  However, that is you first ammendment privilege.  One just wonders why you have chosen to take this new tack.
