Suspension of disbelief would have been much easier had this story been set in a parallel reality that looked almost like ours. In particular, there is no way I can believe that scene in the Oval Office, not with our current president in there!

And there is one little line that I just have to kibbitz:

>>In her jumper pocket she had a compact, a breath spray, and a lipstick. The compact was a sophisticated communications link and the breath spray was actually a Gas dispenser. The lipstick was just lipstick to freshen up after her meal.

Sometimes, a lipstick is just a lipstick, eh? Gee, didn't some famous person say something similar to that? <giggle>

WELL TINA, I ALMOST MISSED THIS M.I.B.D. STORY. FROM THE WAY YOU WROTE THE STORY, I BELIEVE YOU ARE A PILOT OR NOW A PILOT TO BE ABLE TO WRITE SO CONVINCINGLY THE IDEA OF THE M.I.B.D. AGENCY BACKING UP THE SKY MARSHALL'S IS QUITE FEASIBLE.

Cute story.

Also an interesting idea.
Since most hijackers (or at least, their leaders, if a group) these days are male, and most such men treat women as EXACTLY what they appear to be ("weak, defenseless females"), I wonder if anyone has suggested the idea of using crossdressing Sky Marshals (or Genetic Girls trained in hand-to-hand combat and the use of non-lethal weaponry) for airline security in real life?
Just a thought. :)

The importance of reader feedback cannot be overstated.   Authors rely on it to improve their future works, and it gives them the incentive to write more stories if they know that their hard work has been appreciated.  I am not saying that comments must all be lauditory.  Authors often appreciate honest, constructive criticism over simple remarks like 'Great story', although simple praise is appreciated also.  There is no limit on how much you can enter in the 'comments' box.   Sentences will automatically word wrap at the end of the line so please do not use your carriage return/enter key except at the end of your paragraphs.
