Interesting world picture.  If Heartsfield is in the U.S. as the reference to Norman Rockwell would suggest, there's an implication in Hartsvale having a Coronation Avenue instead of a Memorial Drive that there are significant historical differences between the two worlds that a nine-year old kid like Kim/Kitty doesn't need to worry about.  (Which in turn supports the theory that Kitty's world is real, not something that Kim created or dreamed up to get transported there.)

A very well written and imaginative story.  It left me wondering whether  Kim/Kitty might be dreaming the whole thing or that he/she might really be crossing to another dimension.  Whilst this first episode happily stands alone there is much room for expansion into subsequent stories.  Thank you.
