Some of the technical details had me baffled, but all-in-all a lovely story.  Perhaps not all fantasy? :)

i quite enjoyed your story, although i believe that all references to yourself should be in lowercase letters i.e. " sissy, not Sissy".
 The singular of a female human is woman, not women. Women is the plural form of the feminine being.
    Descriptions your restraining / chastity devices are excessively and needlessly long.
  Otherwise a good story, but i need to know if your "formula" was the sissy seepage you had reluctantly given earlier, or was it something else?  Was it laced with hormones as well?
