Very good story Janet, it is a shame to see a family with so many years of isolation from each other because of what grandfather did.  It's a shame when I think of the isolation and many years lost from my own family because I couldn't be myself in their presence.

What a wonderful story!! The story appears to be more about relationships then being transgendered. I cried I was so taken by the interaction between father and daughter. I kind of had the same experience. No I had no family members raped or who were transgendered ( to my knowledge) but my dad had a major problem accepting me as I transitioned. This I feel was due to his wife at the time (my dad was a widower as my mom has passed away) and his wife alienated him from his family. MY dad is presently 96 and living in Florida. I travel from NJ to visit him every 3-4 months. He is extremely proud of his daughter who returned to college and became an RN. He shows me off to his friends with great pride in his voice, Meet my youngest daughter he says. She is a nurse. This was a terrific story, I hope to read more like it.

JANET, I CRIED OVER THIS STORY. EVERYBODY WAS HURT BECAUSE OF THE EVIL GRANDFATHER RAPING VIVIAN. HIS EVIL ALMOST DESTROYED A FAMILY. SUCH EVIL SHOULD BE DESTROYED. CONGRADULATIONS ION A STORY THAT LEAVES ME WANTING

Natalie's trauma was nothing compared to her aunt's. Now poor Natalie's trauma is her Dad's over-protective nature. Maybe a sequel is where Natalie is now a woman and find's she is actually pregnant by her boyfriend

Yes, Natalie's aventure and her finally finding out about her uncle, or what she knew of as her aunt is a very nice twist to the story and the things that had happened to her father to bring about the way Natalie's life had turned out is very well done.

This is a very good story as are so many other stories by this great writer.

Thank you, Janet for another great story. I look forward to every story you write.

I really liked this story, the x-dressing is almost secondary to the family angst. Well thought through and love, as it should be, is the glue holding families together. Thanks again Janet
