Well said Sandy, I agree with  you : hi everybody... :    Can we knock off all the whinning about the progress of the upgrade? :     Those of us who are regulars here have received numerous updates from Crystal about the process. Every time she has to reply to these complaints it only delays the progress. You might not like what those updates tell us, but you can't complain they aren't thorough (and time consuming). :     For those of you who aren't here regularly, a quick summary. Crystal is in the process of doing something that will make the site easier to use, or somehow better. Don't ask me to tell you what; all that computerese is beyond me. Until she finishes converting the old stuff, there won't be any new stuff posted. She'll be done when she's done. :     If you're new here, there arev 10 or 12 years of stories archived here. You really don'ty need new 2010 stories until you've at least checked out the archived material. :     Remember, none of us are paying for access to the archived material. Financial contributions are apparently welcome, but they aren't required. Instead of complainiong, offer to help with the work if, unlike me, you know something about computers other than how to turn them on. And if you have stories you'd like to post, take some time and re-edit them, check your spelling and all that kind of thing.
