Yes... However I find the question relatively problematic. First of all it is spelled transsexual... unless you are referring to someone whose sexuality leaves them attracted exclusively to Dr. Tran... but that is neither here nor there...
The bigger problem I have is that it implies that there is a definite line drawn in the sand and everyone on this side of it is "real" Furthermore, that definition of "real" changes from person to person. What does it take to be a "real" transsexual. Do you have to be on hormones? do you have to be out full time? must you have had SRS? I think it would be a better question to simply say: "Is anyone out there a transsexual?" And well... yes, yes I am a transsexual.
