: I've been trying to contact Crystal for over a month now about the removal of one of my stories, "Lakehouse Weekend", due to the use of actual names and likenesses of persons (rookie mistake, I know), and she hasn't replied to any of my 5 e-mail messages. I've tried logging into my old author's account to re-submit a revised version, but I can't remember my password, or the password to either of the e-mails that I used as an author. Has Crystal changed her e-mail again, or is there another way of deleting the story?

Fron what I recall if you are trying to email her from a hotmail account, she is unable to reply due to hotmail not allowing mail from her address, you need to get a decent email account that her address will allow
