I'm looking for a story where the main character moves in with a tattoo artist and he stumbles across a mannequin all done up in tattoos. He falls in love with the image of the tattooed mannequin and then gets caught masturbating while looking at it by the tattoo artist who asks him if he would like to be the mannequin. She reminds him that, as the mannequin is of a female form, he must also agree to assuming a female form.

Any idea what the name of this story could be? I wish the search function worked on this site.
