"I'm glad you're eager to see me - but I don't think I'll be able to make it" Tom replied "How does tomorrow afternoon sound?"
"Great" replied Rachel, just happy to get some time with him given the circumstances "Fancy a dip in the park's open air pool while we're there?"
"Didn't know you were a swimmer."
"You never asked! So?"
"2:30, in the pool - I'll be there!"
With that, Rachel stripped and morphed back into Rick for the time being.- his face still bruised.
At breakfast the next morning - Rick was approached by his Dad.
"One of the neighbours said that Tom decked you while you were coming back from the shop with the milk last night" Geoff started.
"Yeah..."
"Was it about Rachel?"
"Yeah - bottom line, he wants Rachel but not Rick"
"I see - and what do you want?"
"Really - I want Rachel to still have a life at least. - so she's going to try and cool Tom down"
"Right - so he's scared you into handing him Rachel on a plate"
"If he thinks I'm handing him Rachel on a plate he's got another thing coming - if the freak doesn't cool himself down, she's gone. End of story."
"You have to admit, this is quite a turnaround and I suspect it's come from the fact that Tina may well bail out on both of you - personally I wouldn't give up on her yet and there are a lot more fish in the sea you know - for both you and Rachel."
"I understand"
"Good luck then"
After an early lunch, Rick headed out to the park and found the open air pool on the far side - in his rucksack was a towel, Rachel's dark blue swimsuit and some of her clothing for after the swim.
Heading into one of the small changing rooms Rick stripped and put on the swimsuit.
Soon his body became smoother and slimmer, Rachel's rounder butt began to make itself apparent within the outfit while the dissapearance of Rick's penis made things a little more comfortable, her tits pushed out it's front and her black hair was flowing downwards, she composed herself as her face altered..
It was 2:15 - fifteen minutes before Tom was due but she wanted to get some lengths in beforehand on her own - after that she'd be as ready as she was going to be.
Rick had been a pretty good swimmer for his age since before Rachel had come on the scene and had done some kids competitions in the past.
It was an ability that Rachel shared, but though she knew she was a strong swimmer, she had no plans to go into competition herself. Having said that recently out of her and Rick it had been her who'd spent much more time in the water, though mainly at the local indoor pool - swimming in a female body had turned out to be a great way to chill out - which was what she was trying to do now!
Tom arrived on schedule - as always, liking what he saw.
"Much better" he commented as he dropped into the pool beside his girlfriend before giving her a quick kiss.
"Hey, you do know that if you want to see me you only have to ask." Rachel grinned "You don't have to beat poor Rick up to spend the afternoon with me"
"Ah, let's forget about Rick" Tom started
Rachel laughed and still had that cute smile on her lips when she interrupted "You might be able to forget about him very easily indeed, big boy, but I don't really have that option."
"Why not? All I see," Tom kissed Rachel "is a very beautiful girl" The pair kissed again "And somehow" he pulled her body against his as they kissed a third time "she's mine!"
For a second Rachel wanted to stay in Tom's arms forever. But she still had her deal with Rick to uphold.
"But you see" she replied "This very beautiful girl has company up here" she pointed to her head "Which makes things very complicated as you well know"
"Why not just chuck the 'company' out the door whenever you're in town?"
"Easier said than done, trust me" Rachel swam off. Tom went after her but the pair just enjoyed each other's company in silence for a while
After another half an hour or so they quit the pool and headed for the changing rooms
The first time they saw each other afterwards Tom looked like he had a slight look of relief on his face "What were you expecting?" Rachel teased.
After that they took a walk through the park talking about some small bits and pieces before Tom brought up once again what was on both their minds.
"So, tell me honestly - what's Rick got that you haven't got?"
Rachel realised she should have seen this coming from way off, and had a problem with answering it.
"History" was her first reply.
"What do you mean?"
"Rick's been around for over 13 years, I've been around for a year and a few months. Work it out."
"But surely everyone in your family has had 'history' before this...thing entered their lives for a few years - but you said an aunt of yours was born male! So what's stopping you from following in her footsteps."
"Rick's got more than...John...ever had from what I hear!"
"Rick's got a crew of arcade geeks..." Tom started
"...which John didn't have" Rachel finished.
"Whatever - you're absolutely gorgeous, you're clearly very happy as a girl..."
"...and neither Rick nor I are willing to make that decision yet. Please don't try and make it for me."
"But you're not ruling out staying female full time are you?" Tom asked
"It's an option" Rachel replied with another of those grins.
Tom finally got the message "What would it take to...at least increase the chances of you dropping Rick when you turn 18?"
"Assuming you hang around that long - there is one thing you could do."
"Which is?" Tom was buzzing internally
"Treat Rick with some respect. It's not like you don't know what you're dealing with now, and If you think about it, you owe him."
"How come?"
"Put yourself in his shoes - would you let a close female relative shall we say, anywhere near a guy who's given you as much stress as you've given him since you moved in?"
"It feels more like he's been getting in the way too much."
"In what way? Take into account that Rick may not always be able to drop everything when you want to see me"
"Well..." Tom went beetroot.
"Hint - there aren't many 13 year old girls who'd let you you touch their cunts" Rachel smirked and Tom looked like he was about to blow up "Maybe you show have thought about that before big boy" More laughter from Rachel.
"So RR - R & R" Tom joked "Rachel's Rules - respect and restraint" They both laughed but there was a part of Tom that was a little dissapointed - which Rachel noticed.
"You got it - but you forgot a fifth R - rewards" Rachel allowed a very suggestive look to creep into her eyes.
Tom's eyes lit up in response, he kissed her softly and replied in an equally soft manner "For you, it might just be worth it"
Rachel squealed - jumped up and down madly and sprinted towards a nearby ice cream van.
Tom ran after her with something in his hand "I think you need this to pay for the ice creams" He suggested handing Rachel her purse which had fallen out of her pocket.
An hour or so later Rachel walked into her house on top of the world - and her parents knew it - after saying her hellos she went up to her room, striped and put on Rick's T-shirt and shorts.
After his transformation, Rick collapsed on to his bed. He was simply stunned with how things had gone that afternoon - though he was happy for Rachel. Having said that he hoped she would hold Tom to 'Rachel's Rules' very firmly indeed - and he was confident that she would, though whether Tom would do so remained to be seen.
Rick went downtairs to be greeted by his Dad "Oh Rick - thought you might want to know - Tina called up while you were gone. She's wondering you you want to go to the cinema tonight!"
The look on his Dad's face said 'I told you so'.
Rick called Tina back straight away.
