Double Life
Another fine mess

Rachel hung up the phone to prevent any further embarrassment. She was going to have to wait this one out and hope it didn't take too long.
However after a while she soon got bored and decided to take the bull by the horns and barged into Jane's room. "What are you doing?" asked the room's owner indignantly.
"What do you think?" asked Rachel, opening up her sister's wardrobe - looking for her own stuff.
The front door could be heard opening "Hello" called the girl's father
"This is my room" Jane replied.
"I know" countered Rachel "but is this yours?" she hauled out a dress that was definately not Jane's size, "and this?" a bra and panty set "and this?" a Rachel-sized nightie.
All the while footsteps had been coming up the stairs.
"What's happ..." Geoff Grant stopped suddenly at the sight of his eldest daughter naked in her younger sister's room. "What's happening here?"
After each girl proclaimed their side of the story noisily while Rachel at long last got dressed. Geoff apologised for being seemingly indifferent to Jane recently but made it clear that she wasn't to do anything like that again.
Later that evening, he had a talk with Rick.
"So", he joked "now you know when happens when the ten minutes runs out."
"Er.." asked Rick nervously "what exactly did happen?"
"You morphed into Rachel. Nothing more than that."
"Nothing more than that?"
"If the urge happens, you're going to morph in ten minutes max whatever. It's like the call of nature. What happened this afternoon is just the equivilent of peeing yourself."
"That's cool" Rick said with relief "So, it's not Rachel wanting more time...out if that makes any sense"
"It makes sense, but I'm surprised you're worried about that" replied his father. "Thought you were comfortable with Rachel now?"
"Comfortable yes" Rick responded "Maybe a bit too comfortable though"
"Too comfortable?"
"It seems to have been getting a lot easier to morph into Rachel recently and she's feeling more and more...natural. Does this mean anything?"
"It's certainly interesting.Do you want to live the rest of your life as Rachel?"
"Don't know yet."
"Well...I wouldn't consider it anything to worry about. Just go with the flow"
A few weeks later Rick was playing basketball with Jake, Jane's male self - who'd starting to appear for an hour a week.
"So kiddo" Rick asked "What's it like?"
"Well..." Jake replied "It's interesting.I feel I have to take charge more in this body. Jane's able to go with the flow a bit more."
"As in tits and curves open doors?" Rick wondered "That sounds a bit cliched"
"Not neccersarily the tits and curves part, they just come accross as more vulnerable, like they need to be protected."
Rick took a moment to think about that statement, and Jake took that moment to dribble past him and put the ball in the basket.
"Looks like you've spent too much time with the tits and curves" the younger brother joked.
Life continued, Jane remained a bit jealous of Rachel, Rick Rachel Tina and Tom kept up their varying relationships and eventually Christmas came around.
Boxing Day afternoon: Rick's extended family were staying over for the holidays, most of them were off to the theatre but Rick wasn't particularly interested in the play. His friends were out of town but Tom wasn't, so giving Rachel some time with him was a possibility.
He decided to head down to the kitchen to get some water. There he found his Aunt Jill, who as a child had been Rick's father's younger brother John.
"Thought you were going down the theatre with the others?" Rick enquired.
"The play didn't look particularly interested" Jill replied with a smirk. "Want to chat?"
