Chairman of the Board

Jon Johnson was only 14 years old when his dad died suddenly. Mom knew that without her husband's income, they would soon have to sell the house and move into less comfortable surroundings. When she discovered Jon "en femme'", she told him to just be what he felt he should be. Mom discussed the situation with Aunt Ellen who set up a makeover day of beauty at "Beautycrew" Salon. While Jon was getting top to bottom beauty treatments(hair, makeup, nails), Aunt Ellen was in the salon manager(Sheila's) office being very affectionate. After his salon visit, Jon was taken to a doctor who started him on mega doses of female hormones.

When Jon awoke the next morning, he was wrapped in his mom's embrace. Because they were both naked, he suddenly realized that his now extremely stiff member was poking mom in her bush area. Startled, he quickly arose and ran to the bathroom to relieve his problem. Whew, good thing mom was still asleep. He then found that she had lain out a beautiful yellow dress with matching panties for him to wear. The dress was lovely.

He decided that he would fix breakfast for mom, so downstairs he ran. Just as he got to the bottom of the stairs the doorbell rang. He quickly slipped the dress over his head and answered the door. It was a courier with a large legal sized envelope for J. Johnson. Must be another problem he didn't want to deal with, so he signed his name and put the envelope on the back right corner of the computer desk. The last thing he wanted today was to upset mom. That was going to come soon enough.

While he wasn't a professional grade cook, Jon scrambled a couple of eggs, fried a sizzling pan of bacon, and made some scrumptious toast with lots of butter. When he got breakfast ready, he walked back upstairs to tell mom. "Who was at the door, son?" she asked.

"Oh, you know, another one of those couriers with a big envelope. I just put it in the pile on the right side of the computer. Probably want us to pay them. Come on, lets eat."

After they consumed the ample breakfast, mom suggested that Jon go ahead and take his morning vitamin and from now on, expect to do that daily. Then they decided to go shopping to buy Jon a few under-things he would need if he continued dressing as a female. They went to the closeout racks of the local department store and found a really nice matching bra and panty set. Then they cruised through the discount stores until they found a couple of lovely dresses that someone had bought, worn once and returned. It was time to go home when the few extra dollars she had hidden as mad money was spent.

"Jon, for the money, we got some great buys. This bra and panty set will go great with your new dresses. I am so proud that you are willing to explore your feminine side. If you decide this is not what you want, I will try to understand. I'm not sure that Aunt Ellen would think it was okay, though. She feels like she has an investment in you, and remember, you may wind up having to live with her if I can't support us."

"That's alright, mom," Jon said, "I love you enough to try to please you, and certainly I know you wouldn't send me to stay with Auntie unless it was absolutely necessary." Even though he accepted his fate, Jon still held out hope that somehow he and mom could make it together as a family. After sleeping in mom's bed last night, he just didn't know what he'd do without her. Maybe the bank would continue the line of credit they set up after dad's death. What if he sold his toy firetruck collection, maybe he could generate enough to make part of one house payment.

Later that day, Aunt Ellen called mom to be sure Jon had taken the vitamins the doctor prescribed. They were on the phone a long time, and when she hung up, mom looked glum. "Its just a matter of a few days before you will probably have to move," mom told him. He could see she had been crying. "If only there was some way we could afford to stay together, even for a few more days. But, I must be honest with you, son, that isn't going to happen. We must accept our fate." Then both mom and Jon hugged in tight embrace and they both cried until there were no more tears. "Whatever happens, son, I love you dearly. You must do as your aunt tells you, and that probably means she will not want you dressing as a boy. I guess its just the way its going to be. Ellen has asked a realtor friend to come by tomorrow evening to sign a listing contract to sell the house."

They were both so downhearted about the situation they decided to eat a very light supper and retire early. There was still about half a jar of that lovely bubble bath, so Jon suggested that because last night was so special, how about repeating last night.

This time, when mom got in the tub, she didn't make any pretense of being shy. She handed Jon the soap and told him to help her clean her body from top to bottom. He liberally soaped her as the stood together in the tub, and then she handed him a washrag. This was almost too much for him to handle, and again his member began getting strangely stiff. Mom looked at the growing penis for a second and then reached down into the tub and pulled out the bar of beauty soap. Without hesitation, she applied the soap all over his crotch area, and when she came to his stiffee, she gently grabbed it and caressed it until small spurts of cum jerked into the air and fell harmlessly in the bath water. She then took the detachable shower head and squirted warm water over both their bodies. Jon didn't quite know what to do next, but mom handed him a large fluffy bath towel and presented her wet back for drying. Then they retired to mom's room.

Jon was really beat from the events of the last couple of days and fell asleep almost immediately. He was totally naked, and so was mom. She tossed and turned for what seemed like hours before she drifted off to sleep.

The next morning, mom suggested that since they would soon be moving that they finish going through his dad's paperwork and see what bills were owed. If they amounted to very much, she might be forced to file bankruptcy. Jon started at the left hand side of the oversize computer desk and opened various letters and invoices. Nothing too seriously large, until they came to the funeral expenses. Wow, how could it possibly cost $20,000 to bury someone? So much for the equity in the house. Maybe mom could get a job somewhere, but probably get just minimum wages. Jon offered to try and get an after school job, but mom would have no part of that.

"Right now, your education is vital. Ellen will take good care to see you go to the best of schools." Then, more tears. They only got through one stack of stuff on the big desk before mom decided that she just couldn't handle this any more. Would Jon mind going ahead and opening the rest of the mail. It was too depressing to her. She went into the living room and lay down on the couch, tightly holding her arm over her face. This was so awful.

Jon continued opening the various envelopes, but after finishing another full stack of past due notices, he too was tired. Maybe if he did it first thing after the next meal, he could finish another bunch. He wanted to watch television, but mom looked so upset in the living room lying on the couch, he decided to play an online game.

At four that afternoon, the realtor called and said she would not be able to come by until tomorrow evening, but she already had enough information to guestimate that the true value of the house would be significantly less than what they had hoped. Dad never did any maintenance, and the place would have to be sold in "as is" condition. That meant bargain hunter time. Maybe mom could get out without having to write a check for the closing costs.

Jon had played on the computer for an hour or so, but had dozed off sitting at the desk until the ring of the phone woke him. At first, he was totally disoriented, not remembering where he was or what he had been doing there, then he began to remember why he was so depressed. Might as well attack a few more of those bills before supper time.

The first few envelopes just had a small piece of paper that said "remittance advice, deposit directly to your bank." Oh well, at least they weren't bills. Probably a couple of those little old sales from his dad's last attempt at fame and fortune." The slips all said that in order not to alert mail thieves no amount would be shown on the advices, but to check with the bank for balance information. Too late today. Tomorrow would be soon enough. He heard mom moving around in the living room, but when he saw she was still crying, he turned back to his computer game.

Normally Jon would have gone to school the next day, but because he knew they were going to move, he decided to stay home and help mom get things together. He remembered those funny "remittance advices", but the bank wouldn't open for a couple of hours, so he helped mom begin to pack their personal possessions. Around ten o'clock, Aunt Ellen came over to assist them.

"Don't even bother loading up your boy clothing Jon. We will buy you a complete new wardrobe. Did you take your vitamins this morning?" Mom looked startled and rushed into the kitchen to get the prescribed pills and a glass of water.

At noon, Auntie agreed to take Jon and mom by the bank to close out their meager savings and checking accounts. Hardly worth the effort, she thought, but what the heck, it needs to be done. Jon put on some jeans and a white top with no makeup for now. No need to make a scene at the bank. The teller took mom's information and soon returned with a cashier's check for a couple of hundred dollars. That would at least buy a one way bus ticket to somewhere else.

When Jon got up to the window, he was surprised to see Mr. Jones, the bank president come rushing out of his office, looking very upset. Maybe he had realized that there was nowhere near enough money in Jon's account to liquidate the line of credit he had so generously authorized. Oh well, he knew the computer had to go back anyway. This could be very embarrassing.

"Jon, what's wrong? Did we make you mad about something? What will it take to make this right with you?" The banker looked almost agitated.

"Mr. Jones, you have been nothing if not nice to us in this time of need. We will pay back every penny we owe on the credit line. Please don't ruin mom's credit," Jon begged. The banker got a very puzzled look on his face. There had to be some miscommunication.

About this time, the teller handed Jon a check for the entire balance as he had requested from his account. He glanced down at the paper and realized at once that there had to be some mistake. "No ma'am," he told the teller, "I only wanted the balance of my account. This is absolutely the wrong amount." Mr. Jones then got very upset and yelled at the teller to recount the balance and see if an error had been made. The teller was so startled, she ran into the restroom crying.

"Tell you what, why don't you let me take you all to lunch and when we return, this problem can be settled," Mr. Jones told them. "We'll eat at the steak place over on Shoreline. That's the least I can do to make up for this confusion."

The banker spared no expense at lunch. Soon the table was loaded with a variety of seafood dishes. He even ordered a dozen half shell oysters as an appetizer. When they got back to the bank, mom and Jon and Aunt Ellen were stuffed, and suggested they would return later that afternoon. Mom decided they would need moving boxes, so they visited several dumpsters to gather what they required for packing. Auntie's car was soon crammed full of various size boxes, so Ellen volunteered to drop Jon off at the bank and go to their house and unload, then come back for him when he got through at the bank.

This time, rather than deal with a teller, Mr. Jones invited Jon into his office and closed the door. He told his secretary he was not to be disturbed. As Jon sat down, he began by handing Jon a cashier's check. "Whatever you do, please don't loose that," the banker told Jon. Jon assured him he wouldn't, and put it in his pocket without even looking at the amount.

At first, Mr. Jones was really impressed with Jon's coolness handling that much money. He had dealt with high stake industrialists and investors for many years, but this 14 year old boy was the most unpretentious of them all. Then he began to wonder if Jon really even knew how much the check was for, so he asked him if the amount was about right. Jon didn't want to make a scene, so he told the banker whatever the amount, he was certain it was right this time. Mr. Jones he insisted that he would take him home in his car. This was one super nice banker, Jon concluded.

Mr. Jones was very talkative on the way home and suggested several movers to haul their furniture to their new home, but seemed truly shocked when he was told that they wouldn't actually have a new home. Jon was moving in with his aunt and she would have to find a job somewhere. He thanked Mr. Jones for the ride and the banker wished them well.

After supper, mom told Jon to get a good bath and sleep in her bed one more time. He thought that was a wonderful idea and went into his room to undress. As he unloaded his pockets, he noticed the cashier check from the bank, and took a quick glance to read the amount. Whaaaaaaaaaaaat? This was absolutely crazy. It had to be wrong. Nobody had that kind of money in the bank. At least nobody he knew, unless maybe it was Aunt Ellen. He picked the check up again and sure enough, the amount was a little over one million dollars. Jon let out a yell that brought mom running butt naked into his room thinking he was hurt.

"Jon, what's wrong," she gasped. "Are you hurt-are you sick? What happened?"

"Mom, take a look at this," as he handed her the cashier check. Then it was her turn to holler. Mrs. Framkin, the nosey next door neighbor heard the yells and called 911. No matter how much she intended to stay away from the Johnsons, she couldn't resist the temptation to meddle one more time(she knew they would soon be moving anyway).

Mom was dancing butt naked around the room doing a grand waltz with Jon, humming her favorite classical music when the police arrived. Dear old Mrs. Framkin hurried over so she could be on hand when the television news crew (whom she had also called) arrived.

Fortunately, the banker Mr. Jones did volunteer ambulance duty occasionally, and he happened to be on a training class that evening, so he was one of the first responders to arrive at the "crime scene." Mom quickly got dressed and went downstairs to shoo away the television reporters after assuring them Mrs. Framkin was beyond help and that there was no emergency. They weren't happy, but………….

It took over an hour to calm everything down, and at that point the banker realized that Jon and his mom really had no idea how much money they were worth. He decided to talk to Jon alone. "Son," he told Jon, "your dad and I shared many things in common. We met at a local group meeting for crossdressers, and became fast friends. He was under a lot of pressure to turn you over to your Aunt Ellen who would groom you for a life serving a coven of witches as a virtual slave. He couldn't stop her because he was totally bankrupt, and your mom who raised you from a baby was also indebted to the "Combine."

"Just before he died, he founded an online business which is basically a hands free operation, and it really took off. In just a couple of months, you have accumulated that one million dollars I gave you a check for. You now have the ability to do whatever you please, and most likely can bring charges against your supposed aunt if you wish. I'll help you hire the best attorney in the state to represent you. I'm not sure what arrangements your mom may have made with them-she actually isn't your biological mom. Your real mom disappeared into the Combine and was never heard from again, but it is obvious she really loves you. So now, its your choice."

Jon was stunned. So much had happened in such a short time. He didn't know what he could or would do. Thanking Mr. Jones, everyone left and he was now alone with his surrogate mom.

Postscript: Jon eventually decided that he really did want to become a female full-time, so he continued the hormones and eventually had a sex change operation. He now lives very comfortably in a large city with his mom and a staff of personal servants. Aunt Ellen's plan to induct him into the service of the "Combine" was totally ruined and she lost a great deal of face when Jon and mom left town suddenly. Since Jon was no longer available, she was stripped of her authority and put to work raising another child as his successor for dedication to the "Combine."
