Dreams Good and Dreams Bad 3                by: Paul G Jutras

It is strange when a dream can seem so real that one find it hard to tell if it’s a dream or reality until something happens to makes you realize the truth. That’s what happened to me this week.

My Sailor Moon alarm clock went off and I stretched and yawn before pulling the blankets away and climbing out of bed. I sleepily reached for the television remote control and scanned the digital HB0 channels Stopping on a movie I like, I went and showered and brushed my teeth. Things one do every morning before work.

Once dressed in my Winn Dixie work shirt, black pants and sneakers I headed for the kitchen to fix breakfast while listening to Gremlins off the television. Going to check my Jenny Craig program menu I opened my cereal package, poured myself a glass of milk and had myself an orange.

After that I should of picked up that it was a dream and not reality. Instead of getting into my car to head for work, I began to walk to work. I notice a pair of boys in Hawaiian shirts and blue shorts were picking on a blonde girl name Missy in a yellow blouse, skirt and black sandals and a raven hair girl name Gloria in a white tank top as thin as a pillow case, blue shorts and black thongs.

"Leave them alone!" I shouted as I got the bullies attention toward me while they dropped the kids book bags into a nearby trash can.

"Okay," One of the twins grinned while rubbing his knuckles to the palm of his hand and grinning. "How about we pick on you instead."

As the boys started to chase me, I ran for a nearby picket fence and leapt for the other side. As I leapt; however, my slacks got caught on a nail and tore the slacks and underwear right off of me. With a laugh, the boys grabbed my things and walked off.

"Don’t worry," Missy said with a smile as she started to go through the bag she had with her. "My mom was donating some stuff to the thrift shop. It’s the least we can do for your help."

A few minutes later I found myself stand before the girls in a pink tank top, blue skirt and black sandals. "I can’t go to work like this."

"I told you that my mom was giving stuff to the shop. "Missy said as we walked down town and by a comic book shop.

"Oh, no." I thought as I saw the bullies inside. With a comic stand on the sidewalk outside the shop, I grabbed a Casper one and held it up to hide my face. The story was about the ghostly Trio turning Casper red and evil with some pills. "I can’t be seen like this."

"Let’s see if we can find those girls and tease them some more." The boys said as they passed us. Not seeing us behind the comics.

"I can’t go to work like this so I might as well hit the movies." I thought as I walked over to buy a ticket for Jurassic Park 3. Instead of a movie theatre the outside of the place was the playhouse I remember from my childhood in Maine.

"I should of known that this was all a dream," I realized as I concentrated and changed myself into a sexy sixteen year old girl and went around the back of the building to made a amusement park to appear.

Summoning up my two friends both name Jason and my cousin Jason, the three of us went arm in arm into the park. We hit the haunted house, the river boat ride and the tea cups. We also saw a animal show; which I snuggled up between the two friends for.

We stayed until long past night where July 4th Fireworks where I gave my two friends at least a kiss each before having the real alarm clock wake me up and I had to get ready for work for real.

THE END
