Fairyland 2                by: Paul G Jutras

A cold harsh winter wind blew across John’s face. Despite being bundled up for the ski contest, he was totally frozen. He looked down the run and he rose on the ski lift and wondered what he had gotten himself into. "Ahhhhh!" He screamed. He scan the area around him as he got off the lift and joined the men and women in the ski contest.

High above them in the clouds, Melissa snipped away snowflakes for Jack Frost to pass out. The mountain would get a fresh blanket of snow that night. Something Jack could hardly wait as he whistled to the north wind for a breeze.

"We added a few bumps and turns from last year race." Last years winner said as she smiled at the hunks of flesh the young men in the race were. Even in their ski wear. "Watch yourself and GO!"

The racers were off in a colorful blur of ski jacket colors. In the front of the line was John’s girlfriend Jennifer with her long raven hair that reached all the way to her rear end. She twitched her hips around the bumps on the slope and took off into the air as she jumped a few of the mountain’s mounds.

"Maybe I should of paid more attention to that female instructors lessons and less about her body." John thought in last place as he tried to remember the snowplowing style that she was teaching him and the others back on the bunny hill.

As an invisible Jack Frost floated over the race, a misfit grin appeared on his face. A snap of the fingers and small mounds of small head up hill toward the skiers. "I think we need to narrow this race a little bit and see what happens."

"Are these the new jumps the snow queen meant?" Jennifer wondered as she passed the mounds and looked back to see many of the others were down for the count.

"She is good." Jack grinned at the woman’s talent. "I like putting a challenge in people’s lives."

"No way!" Jennifer shouted as John passed her at top speed. He had no control of what he was doing or where he was going. Jennifer quickly picked up her pace to catch up with her boyfriend in an attempt to help him.

"There are only two skiers left." Jack Frost thought. "I wonder what fun we can do with that now?"

"Jennifer, you got to help me!" John screamed at the top of his lungs.

"How interesting that he panics like a girl and she takes the slope like a man." Jack Frost thought as he followed the two down the slope. "There must be something I can do with this until I can have my frosty fun this evening."

With a snap of his fingers, Jack Frost created a giant snowball; which started to follow the two down the mountain. Jennifer started over her shoulder with a bit of a panic look on her face. She was also determine to help her boyfriend out.

"John, use your poles to get control!" Jennifer shouted.

"As if I had any control!" John screamed.

As Jack front raised his hand up, the ice and snow of the mountain rose up with it. The couple skied and crashed into an icy box canyon which become a solid box when the giant snowball hit and blocked the only way out.

When Jennifer took off her skies and tried to climb out, the snow dumped forward and poured over the couple. When that happened, Jack was able to use his power on them. The snow began to glow and when they climbed out; they were shock when they looked at one another.

"Jennifer?"

"John?"

"How can we be in one another’s bodies?" John in Jennifer body asked.

"How should I know?" Jennifer in John body screamed. "You make me sound like such a wimp. We’re not telling anyone what happened. I don’t want to be locked up in your body for the rest of my life."

"At least we have each other." John reassured her. "At least we have each other.

THE END
