Just Clothes                 by: Diane

Part 2

At the game, Jill and Jennifer continued to treat Jesse as if he were just a young girl. They explained stuff about why the players stole bases, what a bunt was and the like. Not once did they ridicule him as being girlish. By the end of the game, he was beginning to enjoy himself, gaining confidence in the fact that he could be there in a dress and panties, and not one person asked why. On the way out of the park, his grand father saw a family that attended the same little country church, and the woman asked how his wife was doing and other polite questions. She asked if he and his wife would be attending church that week. When his grand father indicated that it was possible, Jesse didn’t give it a thought, even when he was introduced to members of the family. Jesse was getting hungry, and his mind, like many six-year-old boys, was concentrated on getting home in time for supper. His grand father stopped at a service station and made a couple of phone calls while the car was getting fueled.

On the way to drop off Jill and Jennifer, his grand father asked Jesse if he wanted to go to church with him and his wife. Jesse just answered yes, not even beginning to see why his grand father asked him. Arriving at the home of his two girl cousins, the four went inside. While Jesse was getting his old swim trunks and the shoes he had come in two days before, his aunt and his grand father talked. When Jesse returned to where his grand father was standing, "Here, sport, help me carry these bags," his grand father said.

When Jesse asked if he should change into the trunks before he went home with his grand father so he could give Jill her clothes back, his aunt told him no. Since Jill had outgrown the clothes, he could keep them on. Jesse said okay and took one of the bags from his grand father and the two of them said their good byes and left. When they got there, his grand mother asked if he had a good time. Excitedly, he related all that had happened. All the way to the time they had met the family at the game. His grand mother looked at her husband with a question in her face. "Jesse said he wanted to go with us to church, so I got a few things appropriate for going to church. But you’ll have to help a little to knock off some rough edges first." His grand father answered with a smile.

"Okay, then let’s put the stuff away and then we’ll eat supper." Taking the bags from her husband, she and Jesse carried the bags to his room. She pulled the clothing out and laid it on the bed to sort it. There were enough little dresses and such to keep Jesse in them for a week or more, plus three Sunday-go-to-meeting types. So she asked Jesse what he would choose to wear the next day. Jesse asked a very critical question. "Why, where are we going?" His grand mother laughed, realizing that the young boy indeed had a point. If they weren’t going anywhere, his choice of clothing would probably be just some shorts and maybe a tee shirt.

"I thought we would drive over to Danville and shop for a few things. It’s been weeks since I’ve gone, and I’m out of a few things. Want to go?"

"Do you think we might see Mrs. Blum and her daughters? They think I’m a little girl."

"I take it you don’t want to have them know you’re really a boy?"

"Well-l-l-l-l, it could be a little hard to explain why I was at a ball game in a dress. Could I wear something like this? Then they wouldn’t know" he said as he picked out one of the dresses with a flared skirt.

"Yes you could. But if we keep this up, you’ll be wearing dresses for the rest of the summer. You would have to learn how little girls sit, walk and many other things. You won’t get to be a boy at all."

Jesse looked at his grand mother, a tear forming at the corner of his eye. "People treat me so nice when they think I’m a girl. Could you help me be one, at least for a while?" His grand mother took him in her arms and drew him into her lap. She wiped the tear from his eye, and told him she would teach him to be the best little girl ever. Just for the summer.

They finished sorting the clothes and put them away. Jesse’s grand mother compared the amount of dresses to his regular clothes in the closet and in the drawers. He now had more feminine things than his other clothing. Then they went to the kitchen to eat.

The next morning, after her husband had left to start plowing another field, Jesse’s grand mother bathed the young boy and washed his hair, noticing that it had grown quite a bit. After drying it a little, she showed Jesse how to use the blow dryer. Without even bothering to go to a different bath, she undressed and stepped into the shower. She wrapped a big towel around her afterward and tucked the end over her ample breasts to hold it up. As they walked to Jesse’s room, he looked up and saw her labia turning a darker color, and asked her why that was happening. She told him it was because the idea of their trip was exciting. To herself, she thought, "Wait until my old hubby gets ready for bed tonight. I’ll trim his wick." Then she giggled. How would she ever explain to a six-year-old the mysteries of human sex?

Soon the two had put clothing on and were ready to leave. Jessie (she used the feminine form in her mind) was wearing the little flared dress. Under the skirt was a slip with a flounced skirt the held the flare out from his legs. She thought to herself, "I wonder what his mother would think if she could see him dressed like this. Jessie is so cute."

In Danville, the two of them shopped and she got the needed supplies on her list. Then she took Jessie to a shoe store and they found some new shoes that would match a number of the girl’s dresses. Jesse’s grand mother also bought a couple of small purses that would go with the shoes. On the way to the car, her mind thought of the last thing she had in mind. Jill and Jennifer both had their ears pierced so they could wear earrings. It was only reasonable that Jessie get earrings too. So she stopped at a salon, and a short while later, Jessie had little golden studs through his ear lobes.
