CHAPTER ONE - A question for Mom

Ralphie sat with his mother at the kitchen table. He could hardly eat his cereal because he was so nervous about what he was about to ask his mom. Ralphie had secretly been trying on his mother’s clothes for a couple of years and he was about to ask her if could dress up in her clothes for Halloween.

"Mom," he started out and waited for her to put the newspaper down, "I’ve been thinking about Halloween coming up and I think I know what I want to be this year."

"Are you dressing up this year?" she asked him. "I thought that you were maybe getting too old for costumes and trick-or-treating."

"I guess fourteen is too old for trick-or-treating, but everyone’s wearing costumes to school on Friday," he explained. "And there is a contest at school for best costume. I want to win."

"That’s good that Halloween falls on a Friday this year," his mother said. "That should be a lot of fun. But we’d better get busy on your costume; it’s less than a week away. What is it you want to be? Something easy I hope. We can pick up anything we need this weekend."

"Well, I uh…" Ralphie’s gut tightened up as he started to try and say the words he had been wanting to say for so long. "I want to dress up as a girl!" he finally blurted out. His face was burning with anxiety.

Sarah Edwards looked at her son and wondered why it had been so hard for him to ask that. Lots of boys dressed up as girls on Halloween, but he had turned beet red and could barely get the question out. He was really scared about this.

"It’s ok, Ralphie," she said as she got up and put her arms around him, "I’d love to help you dress up as a girl for Halloween. That should be pretty easy since I think that some of my clothes will fit you just fine. We’re about the same size right now, I think. Why don’t you hop in the shower and then we’ll pick out a dress for you. After that we’ll go the costume store and pick out a wig."

"Ok, Mom," Ralphie answered, "and thank you so much for helping me with my costume. I know it’s short notice."

"No problem, sweetie," Sarah smiled as her son ran off to take a shower.

Sarah went into her bedroom after doing the breakfast dishes and pulled a couple of dresses out of her closet and laid them on her bed. She wondered what he could use for boobs as she took out a bra and a pair of panties. She went to take out a pair of tan pantyhose that she knew had a small run for him to try on for size since nylons would definitely be part of the costume. "Now where did those nylons go?" she thought. "I don’t remember throwing them out. I guess I did though."

Ralphie came into the room as she was rummaging through her hosiery so she pulled out a good pair since she couldn’t find the old ones. She had plenty to spare. "I pulled out a few things for you to try on," she said. "I’ll be right back to help you out. I gotta pee."

"Damn, I don’t see the pretty red dress with the flowers that she wore to that wedding this summer. I guess it’s too nice for me to wear for Halloween. These are all plain old cotton dresses anyway. I’ll put these pantyhose on while she’s in the bathroom."

"I see you decided to get a head start," she said smiling. "You’re going to wear your own underwear under the pantyhose?"

"Uh, yeah," Ralphie said. "I figured you put these pantyhose out for me to try on the dresses with. I didn’t think the underwear were for me." "Don’t be too anxious, stupid or she’ll know how much you really like this stuff," he thought.

"Well I was just going to see what size you might be after you tried on the dresses," she said. "But I guess it will be good to see the dresses with hosiery on."

Sarah handed him the bra and she saw that he was totally dumbfounded as to how to put it on so she hooked it up for him and stuffed a couple of pairs of pantyhose in the cups to fill them out. She helped him put on a slip and then had him try the dresses. He seemed to be really hesitant about picking one out.

"Well, which one do think is the one for you?" she asked him. "Do you want to take a look in my closet to see if there’s something else you like better?"

"I really like this one, Mom," Ralphie said pulling the red floral print dress out of the closet.

"Why don’t you try it on and we’ll see how it fits," Sarah said smiling. "I thought that one would be a little too feminine for you; that you would want something not so frilly. That’s why I put out all solid colors."

"That’s the whole idea, though," he said. "I’m supposed to be feminine, aren’t I?"

"If that’s what you want," Sarah said. "Put it on and let’s see it."

Ralphie slipped the dress on and buttoned the many buttons up the front. The dress felt so good on him. The silky fabric swayed with every little movement and tickled his nylon-clad legs. "This is heaven!" he thought as he smoothed the dress down against the satin slip. "I really like this dress, mom!" he gushed. "It’s feels wonderful!"

"It does, doesn’t it?" she said smiling. "Is that the one, then?"

"Is it OK with you, Mom?" he asked.

"Well it is one of my best dresses and I’m not sure it fits quite right," Sarah said. "Why don’t we go to the mall and see if we can find something that fits better. I think the clothes in the juniors department will fit you better."

CHAPTER TWO - A day at the mall

"Can I help you find something, Ma’am?" A young sales woman approached Sarah. Ralphie’s heart was pounding with excitement as he looked at all the wonderful dresses hanging on the rack in front of them. He couldn’t believe his mother was going to buy him his own dress for Halloween.

"Yes," Sarah answered. "My son here would like to dress up as a girl for Halloween and we’re trying to find a dress that will fit him. I tried some of my dresses on him at home, but they were too big in the hips and bust so I thought maybe juniors sizing would be better suited to his shape. Will we be able to have him try things on?"

"Oh sure," the young woman said, "That’s not a problem."

"Excellent," Sarah said.

The young woman looked Ralphie over and said, "You two are about the same height, but he’s a lot thinner. What size dresses did you have him try on?"

"Misses size 8," Sarah said. "I was thinking of starting him with a 7/8 in this department. There was a red dress of mine at home that he just loved, I was hoping to find something similar in fabric and print. It had…" Sarah described the dress to the young woman.

Ralphie was starting to feel a little self conscious as his mother and the sales woman started ripping through the racks the dresses, pulling out one after another and holding them up in front of him. He saw a couple of girls staring at him and giggling. After a couple of minutes his mother pulled out a red silk dress with a small floral print and asked Ralphie what he thought of it.

"It’s pretty, Mom" he said sheepishly. "I like it."

"Are there any others you see that you like?" she asked him. Ralphie picked out three dresses that he liked and added it to the one his mom was holding.

"Shall I start a room?" the sales woman asked.

"He wants to try these on," Sarah said. "I’m going to look for the next size up and down in these same dresses in case they don’t fit. Ralphie why don’t you go in and get started. Is that ok Miss, or should I be with him."

"No, that’s ok," she said, "I’ll show him in."

The young woman took Ralphie into the dressing room area and Ralphie turned beet red as the two girls about his age stood staring at him as he walked into the dressing room. They giggled to each other as they whispered something that Ralphie couldn’t hear.

"Don’t worry about them," the young woman said to him, "we’ll take care of you."

The young woman walked him to a room at the end of the hall and showed him into the dressing room. "My name is Tracy. Just call me if you need anything. What’s your name?"

"Ralphie Edwards," he told her.

"Are you the Ralphie Edwards that plays the piano at Capuchino High School?" Tracy asked him.

"Yes," Ralphie said somewhat taken aback. "How do you know my name?"

"My younger sister, Amy, is in the choir and she talks about you all the time," Tracy said. "She says your great at the piano."

"I guess I’m pretty good," Ralphie said. "Is your last name Brown. I know there’s an Amy Brown in the choir, but I don’t know her very well." Ralphie was actually incredibly infatuated with Amy and thought she was the prettiest girl in the choir. She was a freshman, too.

"That’s her," Tracy said. "What a small world. I’ll have to tell her you came in today."

"Oh please don’t," Ralphie said. "Nobody knows I’m dressing like a girl for Halloween yet. I’m keeping it a surprise."

"Ok," Tracy said. "It’ll be our secret, but promise me you’ll tell her that you got your dress from me after she sees you. That is if you decide on something here."

"I think I will," Ralphie said. "These are very pretty dresses."

"I can hardly wait to see them on you," Tracy giggled, "I think you’re cute, too" she said as she walked away.

"What did she mean she thinks I’m cute, too?" he thought. Who else thinks I’m cute? Does Amy think I’m cute?"

Ralphie took off his clothes and slipped into the first dress. It was a pullover that didn’t have any zippers or buttons so it went on easy. It was made from a stretchy material that felt so good on his skin.

"How are you doing with the first dress?" Tracy asked through the door.

"It fits good," Ralphie said.

"I have some other dresses your mother sent in," Tracy said. "Can I see the dress you have on?"

"Yeah, I guess so," Ralphie said opening the door slowly.

Tracy eyed him up and down, tugged on the dress a couple places and said, "It does fit you good. It fits perfectly at the hips and bust. Are you wearing falsies so you’ll have a bust line?"

"I think so," Ralphie said

"We might want to try the next size up, then," Tracy said. "It might be a little tight when you pad the bust. What size shoes do you wear?"

"Size 6," Ralphie answered.

"In men’s sizes," Tracy asked.

"Yes," Ralphie said.

"We have some shoes here," Tracy said. "Should I bring some in?"

"Yeah," Ralphie replied. "That would be ok."

"I think the nylons you have on are the perfect color so we don’t need to change that, though," Tracy smiled at him. "But you might want to consider shaving those legs. They’re a little hairy."

Ralphie blushed deep red again as Tracy walked away. Ralphie put on the next bigger size in the dress that he had tried on first and waited for Tracy to come back with the shoes. It seemed to take forever, but finally his mother and Tracy came back together. He had gotten tired of waiting so he had put another dress on.

"I’ll leave you two alone so you can figure out what you want," Tracy said. "Just call me if you need anything, Mrs. Edwards."

Tracy winked at Ralphie and went back out to the sales floor. Sarah turned to Ralphie and handed him a bra and a box.

"What’s in the box, Mom?" Ralphie asked.

"They’re false breasts," Sarah answered. "I thought we’d try them out on you. Ralphie! You still have those pantyhose on! Have you had them on the whole time?"

"Yes, mom," Ralphie said.

"You silly boy," she laughed. "Aren’t they itchy on those hairy legs?"

"Yeah, they are getting a little itchy."

"I’ll bet they are!" she laughed. "Have you considered whether to shave your legs or not?"

"If it makes me look more like a girl then I will," Ralphie answered. "I really want to win the costume contest. I think if I look so much like a girl that nobody knows it’s me, then I will win."

"I think you will, too," Sarah smiled. "And I will do everything I can to help you win. Shaving those legs will be a must then."

Ralphie and his mom finally decided on a sheer navy blue sleeveless dress with multicolored dots and a matching sheer shirt that went over it. The dress had a navy blue lining so Ralphie wouldn’t need a slip. They also bought the false breasts for his costume.

"Have fun, Ralphie," Tracy said as they finalized the purchase. "And don’t forget to tell Amy who you got the dress from."

"Who is Amy?" Sarah asked Ralphie as they started to walk away.

"Tracy’s sister," Ralphie said. "She’s in the choir at school and Tracy recognized my name. I guess Amy has talked about my piano playing at home."

"A lot of people do," Sarah said putting her arm around him. "You are much better than you give yourself credit for."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," Ralphie said sloughing off the compliment. He knew he was good, but he hated all the fuss everybody made over it. He liked the way music took him away from his problems. He often fantasized about playing concerts dressed like a girl, but he couldn’t tell anyone about that. He loved when his mom had to work at night and he would put on one of her dresses and play the piano pretending to be a concert pianist. Even as a freshman at high school he had become the accompanist for the choir. This coming Friday he would be playing the piano at school while wearing a dress. He could hardly wait.

"Let’s go get some shoes for you," his mother said breaking his brief reverie.

Ralphie picked out a pair of black maryjane shoes and his mother told the sales woman that they were for Ralphie for a Halloween costume and that she thought a size 8 would be about right for him.

The sales woman came back with the shoes and a couple of other pairs she thought would go well with the dress they had shown her.

Ralphie sat down and took off his shoes.

"I guess you won’t be needing these," the sales woman said putting the nylon peds back in her pocket. "You already have nylons on."

Ralphie looked at his mother with a fake grimace and then they both broke out in big smiles as Sarah told the sales woman that he had worn them for trying on the dresses.

They decided on the black maryjanes that Ralphie had picked out originally and left for the costume store to get a wig.

Ralphie picked out a long dark brown wig with ringlet curls that was about the same color as his own hair. It was one of the nicest wigs at the store and Ralphie was embarrassed about the price when they brought it to the counter. The girl working the counter even commented on how nice it had looked on Ralphie because she had walked by when Ralphie and Sarah were trying different wigs on.

CHAPTER THREE - Getting dressed

Ralphie could hardly sleep the night of October 30. His mother had just finished painting his finger and toenails. He had spent all week looking at the dress hanging in the closet that he would be wearing to school for Halloween. It meant more to him than just wearing a costume, but he couldn’t let anyone know that, especially Amy. He didn’t want her to hate him or think he was weird for wearing a dress. And yet, he wanted to be with her while he had the dress on. He loved her so much. Her long curly brown hair, the maryjane shoes she always wore, the pretty dresses she wore. He really hoped she liked the way he looked as a girl. She was all he could think of.

His mom had him shave his legs every day that week as she explained that it took a couple of days for his skin to get used to shaving. Sure enough, there had been red bumps on his legs the first couple days, but they had almost all gone away by Thursday. Even though his mother had bought him a new pair of pantyhose she never asked for the ones he had worn to the store and he tried those on after shaving his legs and he couldn’t believe how good they felt. He wore them all day Sunday under his pants at church and then at home under his pajamas as he practiced the piano.

Ralphie’s mother woke him up early on Friday morning, "It’s going to take a while to get ready, Ralphie," she said. "Better get moving."

Even though he had not slept well, Ralphie was not tired at all because he was so excited that it was finally Halloween and he was getting the chance to be dressed like a girl. His mother had told her employer that she would be late that day so she could drive him to school. He thought she was maybe as excited as he was.

Ralphie took his shower and went back into his room. His mother came in right behind him and handed him a small box. "This is a little present I got for you." Ralphie opened the box and there was a pair of light blue satin panties with flowers on them and a matching bra. "I thought since you’re dressing like a girl you should wear girls underwear, too. Put those on and your pantyhose and then come into my room and I’ll put some makeup on you."

Ralphie put his bathrobe on over his new girl’s underwear and knocked on his mother’s bedroom door. She told him to come in and then told him to have a seat next to her at the vanity. She was sitting at the vanity and she had brought in one of the kitchen chairs for him. Ralphie sat down and watched closely as she finished her makeup. She then turned to him and started dabbing liquid foundation on his face with a cosmetic sponge. She put on a finishing powder to take away any shine and then picked up a funny looking device that had a handle like scissors, but there was a curved clamp instead of sharp blades. She laughed and told him it was to curl his eyelashes when he pulled away from her. She curled his eyelashes and then applied mascara, shadow and liner to his eyes. She warned him to not rub his eyes or he would smear the makeup. His mother then put lip liner and lipstick on his lips and clipped earrings onto his ears.

"Go put the dress on and bring the wig in and I’ll help you with it," she said.

Ralphie walked back to his room enjoying the feel of his bathrobe sliding against his legs and the sound of the nylons brushing together on his thighs. He slipped the dress on and then slid into the maryjane shoes. He grabbed the wig and went back into his mothers’ room. His mother brushed out the wig and then she carefully put it on his head and then brushed it out some more. She told him to stand up and she looked him over. She gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek and told him he was very pretty. She then closed the bedroom door so he could look in the full-length mirror and see how he looked as a girl.

Ralphie was stunned to see a pretty young woman standing there. He didn’t even recognize himself! "Oh mom," he gushed, "this is fabulous. I’m sure to win the contest!"

CHAPTER FOUR - At School

Sarah pulled the car up to the curb in front of the school. It was early since she had to get to work after dropping Ralphie off. "Call me at work when you win the contest," she said as she gave Ralphie a kiss good-bye. "I’ll see you around 6:00 tonight, Rachel."

"Bye, Mom," Ralphie blushed as being called by a girls’ name, but he liked the way it sounded.

There weren’t many kids around since it was still a half-hour before school started. Ralphie walked down to the math and science building and went in to his locker to drop off some of the books he wouldn’t need until later. He then went down to the cafeteria to get a cup of hot chocolate. So far no one had recognized him. When he got to the cafeteria he saw that he knew the girl working behind the counter. It was Debbie Sherman from his English class. He took a deep breath and walked up and ordered his hot chocolate. He spoke softly and tried to sound like a girl. Debbie told him it would be $1.00.

"Are you new here at the school?" she asked. "I don’t think I’ve seen you before."

"No," he answered struggling to keep his voice soft and pleasant. "I’ve been around."

"Oh," she said. "I’m sorry I didn’t recognize you. What’s your name?"

"Rachel."

"Well nice to meet you Rachel," Debbie said. "Stop by again."

A small line was starting to form as more students began to arrive. Some were wearing costumes and some were not. Ralphie went and sat down on the cement railing outside since it was pleasant morning. Ralphie overheard two seniors who walked by, "Hey, who’s the new chick." "Dunno. Haven’t seen her around." "She’s kinda cute." "I’ll ask my sister who she is."

Ralphie laughed inside because he knew that his sister wasn’t going to have any idea who ‘she’ was. Just then Ralphie saw Amy sit down by herself just a few steps away. He almost didn’t recognize her because she was dressed up as a boy. He couldn’t believe it. Here he was dressed as a girl and the girl he was madly in love with was dressed as a boy. He then remembered that Tracy had told him to make sure he told her where he had gotten the dress. He didn’t know Amy that well so it was nerve wracking to just go up and talk to her, but he got his courage up and walked over.

"Hi," he said in his best attempt at a girl voice. "My name is Rachel. You’re Amy Brown, aren’t you?"

"Yes," she said. "How do you know me?"

"We’re in the choir together," he replied.

Amy hesitated and frowned, her brow wrinkling as she tried to place the girl in front of her. She recognized her, but she just couldn’t place her. "I’m sorry," she said. "I just can’t place you. Are you an alto or soprano?"

"I’m the accompanist," Ralphie said knowing full well that this would blow his cover.

Amy started to say something about Ralphie Edwards being the accompanist but before she could finish her sentence she realized it was Ralphie Edwards standing in front of her. "Oh my god!" she cried out. "Is that really you, Ralphie?" She laughed as she said, "You really fooled me. You look fantastic!"

"So do you, Amy," Ralphie said. "I almost didn’t recognize you either."

"That’s a really pretty dress, Ralphie, I mean Rachel. Where did you get it?"

"I got it from your sister, Tracy," Ralphie said.

"I’ve never seen her wear it before," Amy said a little puzzled wondering how Ralphie would know her sister.

"No, it’s not hers," Ralphie said. "My mom bought it for me at Nordstrom and it was your sister who helped us. She recognized my name…" Ralphie hesitated realizing that it might be embarrassing for Amy if she knew that her sister had told him how much she talked about him at home.

"Yeah," Amy said. "I guess I’ve mentioned you a couple of times to her. By the way, I think you play piano great. I love to hear you play. I hope you don’t mind but sometimes I sit in the hall after school while you practice because I love to hear you play."

Ralphie’s heart swelled when he heard this. He had no idea that Amy had any interest in him at all and now he finds out that she listens to him play after school when she could be out with her own friends. "Really?" he said trying not to sound stunned. "You should come in. I don’t mind the company."

"I wouldn’t want to disturb your practice, though," Amy said.

"I don’t care," Ralphie said. "You can come in anytime. That’d be great with me!"

Amy smiled a coy little smile and then changing the subject asked him, "So, how do you like it?"

"Like what?" Ralphie wasn’t sure what she meant. Playing piano, her coming in to hear him practice…

"The dress, silly," she giggled. "How do you like wearing a dress and nylons?"

"It’s actually pretty neat," he said blushing a little bit. "I kind of like it, really. And how do you like wearing a shirt and tie?"

"I hate it!" she said. "Why do guys do this to themselves. I feel like I’m strangling. And these wool pants are itching like crazy even though I have pantyhose on under them. I could kill my sister for suggesting this to me. Do you want to trade clothes?"

"Not today, thank you," Ralphie laughed. "Maybe another time, though. I hate ties too."

They both laughed as the first warning bell rang telling them that it was only 10 minutes until class started. More students were starting to mingle about and Ralphie noticed Robert and Kenny, two of his friends from the choir, sitting at a table nearby not even recognizing him.

"I’ve got an idea, Rachel," Amy said. "I want you to be my girlfriend today."

Ralphie’s heart leaped into his throat with joy, but he kept his composure, batted his eyes and said coyly with mock girlishness, "Are you asking me to go steady, sir? If so, you will have to give me a token of your love and commitment to me."

Ralphie almost fainted when Amy took a ring off her finger and took Ralphie’s hand in hers and placed the ring on his ring finger. Since he had slender hands the ring fit perfectly. "Miss Rachel," she said with mock solemnity, "Will you be mine?" Amy then leaned over and kissed him right on the lips!

Ralphie melted inside as he felt her warm soft lips press against his. Ralphie felt the warmth of male physical attraction to her and yet at the same time he felt a rush of feminine acquiescence. Amy’s hand rested on his thigh and he felt her move her hand slightly upward and he felt the hem of the dress pull up a little bit. He put his hand behind Amy’s head and pulled her into a second, longer kiss.

Amy pulled herself away and looked Ralphie right in the eye and they gazed at each other for a stunned moment before Amy said, "I’ve got to get to gym class. I’ll meet you at the music wing at brunch." Amy squeezed his hand and turned and left.

Ralphie had first period personal study every day. He had been excused from gym class because of his proficiency at the piano. His teacher, Mrs. Stenberg, was grooming him for attendance at a first rate conservatory of music. She hoped for Juilliard, but would settle for any of the top-notch academies. She thought he might even be able to study in Europe some day. Mrs. Stenberg had been adamant about Ralphie not being subjected to the rigors of physical education. She had argued, and rightfully so, that it would be tragic if Ralphie were to suffer an injury of any type to his hands.

Mr. Clark, one of the two music teachers and the director of the orchestra and choir, had heard Ralphie play a recital and had joined in the effort to have Ralphie excused from gym class. The principal of Capuchino High School, Mr. Edwards, requested that Ralphie come in and play the piano for him. When he heard him play he immediately joined in on the movement and it was soon arranged that Ralphie would have a personal study period to devote to piano. There was no classes scheduled in the choir rehearsal room in the music wing for first period so Ralphie was able to use the grand piano to practice on.

Ralphie got to the music wing without anybody recognizing him and went in to the choir room and started practicing. He was so preoccupied with what had just happened he really didn’t notice anybody’s reaction to him as he walked to the music building.

"She kissed me! I can’t believe it. The most beautiful girl in the school kissed me right on the lips. Did you feel her hand on your leg? That was exquisite! I could have died it felt so good for her to touch my nylons. And I think she was moving her hand up my dress, too. Oh, it all felt so good. And she wants to see me at brunch, too! I’ve hardly ever even talked to her and now she kissed me and I kissed her back."

Amy felt like she wanted to run to gym class. She was overwhelmed at what had just happened. She was crazy for Ralphie and loved the way he played the piano. Her thoughts ran even though she was walking. "Oh my god! I kissed him. And he seemed to like it. He kissed me back. He’s so different from all the other boys. He’s so nice and gentle and he plays the piano so beautifully. You stupid girl, he must be gay to be wearing a dress and he never plays sports or anything. He even said he likes wearing it. He must be gay. But he kissed me back. Maybe he was just being nice to me and kissed me because I kissed him. But the way he looked at me I could have just melted. And his leg felt so good with nylons on. What’s the matter with you, girl, you just kissed a boy wearing a dress! And you liked it, too! It made me feel so masculine seeing him wearing that dress and yet when I kissed him I never had felt more like a woman. Oh my god! Am I gay? No, I don’t want to kiss girls at all, but I couldn’t resist him with that dress on. I guess I’m just weird or something."

Unfortunately for Amy her thoughts did not stop as she changed into her gym clothes. Nor did they stop as she went through the motions of playing soccer. Nor did they stop as she sat through her second period English class. A few kids complimented her on her costume and she explained that her sister had suggested she dress as a boy because she was so effeminate the rest of the time. She also told them they should see Ralphie before they told her how great her costume was.

"Hey Amy!" a boy called out as she headed towards her meeting with Ralphie. She turned and saw Paul Norman walking towards her. Paul had been her nemesis since grade school. He was the type of boy who liked to harass girls and she had had problems with him for several years. "I didn’t know you were a lesbo!" he sneered.

"What a moron," Amy thought. "Why the heck did he have to show up right now."

"What on earth are you talking about, Paul?" Amy said even though she had a pretty good idea she knew what he was talking about.

"I saw you plant a juicy one on that new chick down by the cafeteria," Paul said. "All the guys are jealous of you. She’s a hot babe! You sure didn’t waste any time getting to her."

Amy wondered if he really thought Ralphie was a new girl at school or if he was just razzing her. She decided to play along and see. "Yeah, she is hot. I couldn’t resist her. Turns out she likes girls only. Not that I can blame her since the boys around here are such morons." Amy stared him down to let him know the comment was directed at him. He was such an idiot she wouldn’t have been surprised if it went right by him. From the smoldering look on his face she could tell he wasn’t too happy about the comment, though.

"How did you get to know her so fast," Paul asked finally.

"She goes to my church," Amy said.

"Oh. What’s her name?" Paul asked.

"Rachel," Amy answered. "He doesn’t know she’s really Ralphie! I better be careful before I get Ralphie in trouble."

"I think when she gets to know a real man like me she’ll want it from a guy," Paul bragged.

"You are such a weenie, Paul," Amy said. "You just leave her alone. All right? I gotta go."

"Yeah, see you later, lesbo," Paul sneered.

"If all guys were as obnoxious as you I definitely would be a lesbian," Amy turned and hurried away hoping that Paul was going in the opposite direction. He was and she breathed a sigh of relief.

Ralphie broke out in a big grin when he saw Amy running up the ramp to the music building. "God, she is cute," he thought. Amy saw him and waved to him. She was smiling from ear to ear. She stopped and walked the last 15 feet to where he was sitting on a bench.

"Hi Rachel," Amy said. "How is it going?"

"Great," Ralphie said. "It’s unbelievable but nobody knows who I am unless I tell them. Everyone thinks my costume is great. I’m enjoying it a lot."

Amy nodded her head as her mental wheels started turning again and her paranoiac thoughts about him maybe being gay returned.

"Look, Rachel," she said, "I’m sorry about what happened this morning. I guess I got carried away. You just looked so cute I couldn’t resist, well, um… I just had to kiss you. If I offended you I’m really sorry."

Ralphie was puzzled, "Offended? Are you kidding? That was the best thing that ever happened to me. I think you’re the prettiest girl at the entire school! I was thrilled! Why would you think I would be offended to be kissed by the prettiest girl at school?"

"Well, I… uh…" Amy was wondering how she could say this to him, "it’s just that you are so happy to be wearing a dress that I thought maybe you were gay or something, I guess."

"Me! Gay!" Ralphie turned red. "No way, Amy. But you must think I’m weird for wanting to wear a dress, though." Ralphie started to look dismayed.

"You’re not gay, then?" Amy was smiling again.

"Not at all," Ralphie said. "I love girls." "Especially you" he wanted to add but thought better of it.

"Well then I don’t think you’re weird for wearing a dress on Halloween and I don’t think you’re weird for liking it either," Amy said. "I love wearing dresses. I don’t think guys know what they’re missing out on."

The bell rang signaling the start of third period. Ralphie and Amy walked together down the hall into the choir room. Most of the class was just arriving at the same time. Mr. Clark was wondering what this unfamiliar girl was doing when Ralphie sat down at the piano and went right to where all the music was and started to arrange it on the music stand exactly the way Ralphie did. He then realized that it was Ralphie dressed as a girl for Halloween. He smiled and shook his head but said nothing. He looked up and saw Amy watching him. Now he could tell right away that it was Amy even though she was dressed as a boy.

Amy watched Mr. Clark’s expression change from curiosity to confusion to recognition before he finally smiled and shook his head. "Are you looking at my new girlfriend Rachel, Mr. Clark?" Amy said in the deepest voice she could. Being a soprano it wasn’t very low at all. "You keep you hands off or I’ll have to deal with you myself," she said and then couldn’t help giggling.

"Oh, I don’t think you have to worry about me Mr. Brown," he laughed. "She’s not my type though she is mighty pretty. I didn’t know she was your girlfriend, though."

"Just happened this morning," Amy swaggered up to the podium, her thumbs stuck in her front pockets. "I asked her to go steady with me just today."

"Lucky girl," Mr. Clark said. "I just hope she plays as well as our regular pianist."

"Oh she does," Amy said. "Maybe better."

Ralphie was in heaven as choir practice commenced. Most of the choir kids had worn costumes so there was a lot of pointing and comparing costumes until the practice started. He saw Amy and Mr. Clark talking, laughing and looking over his way and he wondered what they were talking about.

"Good morning everyone," Mr. Clark started. "I want to take a minute to welcome all the new students this morning. Mr. Dracula, Mr. Frankenstein and this witch over here he said pointing to a girl in the alto section." Everyone laughed when the girl threatened him with her broom. "And I would especially like to welcome our new accompanist, Rachel."

Everyone hooted and hollered as Ralphie stood up and curtsied as best he could. The rehearsal began and Ralphie soon forgot that he was dressed as a girl as he became engrossed in the music.

When class was over Amy came over to the piano, sat down on the bench next to Ralphie and said "Rachel, I would like it if we entered the costume contest together in the couples category. Will you do that with me?"

"Well we are going steady," Ralphie said looking at the ring on his finger. "I think that would be the appropriate thing to do."

"The contest is at the rally court at lunchtime," Amy said. "I have math next period. What’s your next class?"

"I have English," Ralphie said. "My locker is in the math wing, though. It’s right outside Mr. Gordon’s room. I’ll meet you there."

"That’s perfect," Amy said. "He’s my math teacher!"

"I’ll see you then, Andy," Ralphie said.

Amy grinned as she put her arm around him and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Ralphie rushed to his locker after his next class and was happy to see Amy waiting for him. He was waiting to wake up from this unbelievable dream where he was dressed as a girl and the girl he had a secret crush on was dressed as a boy and had asked him to go steady. "At least for the day," he thought.

CHAPTER FIVE - The contest

Together Amy, AKA Andy, and Ralphie, AKA Rachel, headed for the Rally Court where the costume contest would be held. As they headed out to the main corridor they saw Paul Norman coming down the hall.

"Hey Lesbos!" he called out.

"Why is he calling us Lesbos?" Ralphie whispered to Amy.

"He saw our kiss this morning and he doesn’t know who you are," Amy whispered to him. "Should we have a little fun with him? I owe him for a lot of years of harassment."

"Let’s get him then. I’ll follow your lead," Ralphie said.

"Hi Paul," Amy said as he approached. "This is my girlfriend Rachel. You said you wanted to meet her so here she is. Cute huh?"

"Hey Rachel," Paul greeted Ralphie. "How would you like to go out with a real man sometime?"

"You?" Ralphie spoke in his girl voice. "I’d love to! Meet me after the contest and we’ll work it out. Andy and I would love to go out with you!"

"Who’s Andy," Paul was confused.

Ralphie pointed to Amy. "Did you think I would let you have her to yourself, Paul?" Amy said.

"Whoa! Going out with two chicks?" Paul exclaimed. "That’d be cool!"

"Ok, then," Amy said. "Meet us at The Rail after the contest and we’ll set up a time to go out."

Amy and Ralphie walked away leaving Paul open mouthed at the prospect of going out with two girls at the same time.

Paul went to find his friends and let them know he had a date with two chicks at the same time. When he found his friends he told them he had a date with Amy Brown and her girlfriend, Rachel.

"Rachel Edwards?" one of his friends asked him.

"I don’t know her last name," Paul said.

"Right on, Dude," his friend said stifling a snicker. Paul’s friend was in Ralphie’s second period math class and he already knew that Rachel was really Ralphie. No way was he going to pass up this chance for Paul to make an ass of himself. He was such a jerk.

"I’ll show those Lesbos what a real man is like," Paul bragged.

"Yeah right, Paul," another friend said.

"I gotta go meet them after the costume contest," Paul said as he left his circle of friends.

After he left his friends broke down and laughed hysterically at him. "He doesn’t know Rachel is really Ralphie Edwards!" "Maybe he’ll like what he finds inside those panties!" "Hey, Ralphie does look pretty hot today. Maybe we should all go hit on him!"

The Rally Court at Capuchino High School is the center of all school day social activities. It is a large open area paved with asphalt and that asphalt has artwork celebrating the school spirit. Sitting on top of a small slope on the western side of the court is the school library. To the east is the English building. There is a driveway that leads in from the public street on the south, which also serves as access to the automotive shop and the metal and woodworking shops. On the northern side of the court is the Social Sciences wing. There are bleachers fronting this wing and an outdoor stairway with a rampart that overlooks the court. This is where the school Spirit squad holds football rallies and other events such as the Halloween Costume contest.

The registration table was located just below the rampart in front of the Social Sciences wing. Debbie Sherman, the girl who had sold Ralphie his hot chocolate at the cafeteria this morning, was taking the registrations. The contest was divided into 4 categories: Funniest, scariest, best celebrity impersonation and couples. Ralphie and Amy of course registered in the couples division as Rachel and Andy. Debbie was amazed when she realized this time that Ralphie was the girl she had sold hot chocolate to in the morning. She told them she thought they were the best couple to register so far.

The contest soon got under way and the quarterback of the football team, Keith Mulvihill, was the Master of Ceremonies. Each contestant would walk along the red carpet that had been laid out across the Rally Court while the panel of judges would cast their votes. The student body not participating would cheer or boo each of the contestants. Ralphie and Amy were not the only couple who had switched roles, but Ralphie was clearly the best, male or female. John Paddington, who was a star defensive lineman on the football team, drew the most jeers of all the contestants as he and his girlfriend had decided to do a gender swap. Being 6’6" tall and weighing over 250 pounds this was more of a transmogrification than a gender switch. Ralphie and Amy got the loudest cheers in the couples division with many of the students saying to each other that they couldn’t believe that was really Ralphie Edwards. Ralphie was becoming somewhat of a celebrity on the campus because of his piano skills so most of the student body knew who he was.

Soon all the contestants had paraded across the courtyard and they waited off to the sides for the results to be read. Ralphie and Amy stood together holding hands as they waited for the results to be tallied and the winners announced.

Paul Norman arrived at the Rally Court five minutes before Ralphie and Amy made their trek across the red carpet. Paul’s cheeks burned with humiliation as he heard other students saying that Rachel was really Ralphie Edwards.

Paul was really a very sensitive individual and his taunts and misbehavior were just a mask for his own insecurities. He slipped away from the crowd and found a quiet place out by the football field. He lit a cigarette and glowered in angry shame trying to plot how he would get even with that stupid bitch Amy Brown. She always got him even when he thought he had something on her. Now she had a fairy boyfriend. Paul then had an idea of how to get even with the two of them. He was still going to take them up on their offer of a date. He thought about how he would make that faggot Ralphie give him what he wanted. Yeah, he would get a mouthful of cock and come and then that bitch Amy would get the same.

Just then Cheryl Ellison joined Paul. Cheryl had dressed up as a witch for the day, but didn’t enter the contest. She had on a short black dress and black pantyhose and a pointed witch’s hat. He hadn’t heard her coming he was so wrapped up in his thoughts. "Hey, Paul," she said startling him. "Can I bum a smoke from you?"

"Yeah, sure," Paul said lighting a cigarette for her and checking her out.

"Hey, I just wanted to let you know I thought Ralphie was a chick, too," Cheryl said. "It’s ok. It doesn’t make you a fag or anything to have thought she was hot. A lot of guys did."

"I knew," Paul said. "I was just playing with them."

"Then why did you run away from the contest so fast when they came out?" Cheryl asked him.

"Look," said Paul, "I just want to drop it. OK?"

"Sure," Cheryl said, "I just wanted to make sure you were all right. You looked pretty steamed up."

Cheryl leaned over and kissed him on the cheek and then she reached down into her dress and pulled a joint out of her bra. "Here fire this up, this’ll make us feel better."

"Right on," Paul grinned as he grabbed the joint and put his lighter to it and inhaled deeply before passing the joint back to Cheryl. They smoked the joint down to a roach with no further conversation. "You eat the roach, Cheryl, it was your joint."

Cheryl popped the brown, oily stub of the joint into her mouth, but before she swallowed it she told Paul he should have it and before he could say no she kissed him full on the lips and pushed the roach into his mouth with her tongue. Paul swallowed the roach right away and returned the kiss. Paul groped Cheryl’s breasts as her tongue explored his mouth. Cheryl took his hand and put it down on her leg and whispered to him, "Do you like the way my nylons feel, Paul. Go ahead and massage them. Tell me how good they feel. I know you like it." Paul ran his hands along her legs and up her skirt telling her how fabulous her legs felt.

"Hey! What are you two doing?" a voice yelled out. It was Mr. Marks the football coach who was patrolling the area. Paul and Cheryl looked up behind them and saw Marks standing over them. "Pull you skirt down young lady," he scolded. "Have you two been smoking out here? I can smell smoke."

"No sir," Paul lied. "We were just making out."

"I could see that," Mr. Marks said, "And I think you were smoking and if I’m not mistaken I smell marijuana, too. Get up both of you!" Mr. Marks started searching the area for cigarette butts, but Paul and Cheryl had thrown them down onto the track encircling the football field. Since all the kids who smoked came out here there were plenty of cigarette butts around so Marks knew he couldn’t prove anything. "You two get out of here. It’s time for classes to start up again. And don’t let me catch you out here again."

"Yes, sir," Paul and Cheryl mumbled as they walked towards the school.

"That was close!" Cheryl said when they got out of earshot.

"Yeah. No kidding," Paul said.

"What are you doing tonight, Paul?" Cheryl asked as they walked along the corridor to the Rally Court.

"Nothing, I guess. I haven’t heard of any parties or anything."

"Will you come over to my house?" Cheryl asked. "My parents are going to the Exotic Erotic Ball tonight. I can’t go with them because you have to be 18 to get in. I’ll be home alone."

"You bet I’ll be there," Paul said as they arrived back at the Rally court.

"…and the winners of the couple division are Andy Brown and the beautiful Rachel Edwards!" The crowd cheered as Amy and Ralphie walked out to the center of the court to receive their award. Ralphie had never felt so good in all his life. He could feel the dress swaying in the breeze as it brushed against his nylon-clad legs. He was in heaven. Amy received the trophy from Sarah McMichaels who was the Lead Cheerleader and then together with Ralphie they hoisted it over their heads as the crowd cheered. Ralphie then pulled Amy to him and kissed her full on the lips. He lingered there for a long moment as the student body gave him a standing ovation. Amy made no attempt to pull away.

As Amy and Ralphie walked away from the Rally Court they saw Paul Norman walking with Cheryl Ellison. Paul and Cheryl were holding hands. "I thought we had a date, Paul?" Ralphie asked him as they caught up to them.

"Don’t think I didn’t know it was you, Ralphie," Paul warned. "I was just teasing with you, you little sissy. Real guys would never wear dresses for anything."

"I think you look cute, Ralphie, I mean Rachel," Cheryl said while rolling her eyes behind Paul’s back. "You too, Amy, I mean Andy."

"Thanks Cheryl," Amy and Ralphie said simultaneously.

"I’ve got to call my mom and let her know we won, Amy," Ralphie said. "I’d really like her to meet you, too. Do you think you could come over tonight for dinner and help me hand out trick-or-treats?"

"I’ll call my mom and ask," Amy said pulling out her cell phone. She talked to her mom for a few minutes telling her the story of how she had teamed up with Ralphie to win the couple’s contest. Ralphie blushed when he heard Amy tell her mother how cute she thought he was in a dress.

Amy finished her call and handed the phone to Ralphie to let him use it. "My sister’s going to pick me up at about 4:15, maybe she can drive us both straight to your house. I’d love to listen to you practice after school anyway."

Ralphie agreed to the plan and said he thought his mom would be ok with that even though she didn’t usually get home until 5:15.

"Hi, Mom!" Ralphie said when she answered. "It’s your daughter, Rachel."

"Well, how did the contest go?" Sarah asked on the other end of the line.

"We won, Mom!" Ralphie said excitedly.

"Who’s we?" Sarah asked puzzled.

"Me and my new boyfriend, Andy," Ralphie said while winking at Amy. "He’s really nice, Mom, and I’d like you to meet him tonight. His mom said it would be ok if he came over to our house for dinner and help hand out trick-or-treats. Can he?"

A moment of confusion and concern existed for Sarah as she thought about her son being gay. She wasn’t quite sure what to say. Sarah knew that Ralphie wasn’t very macho and that he had really enjoyed dressing up as a girl for Halloween, but she had never thought that he might be gay. But now he was asking to bring his boyfriend over for dinner.

"Does Andy know who you really are, Ralphie?" Sarah asked him carefully.

"Yeah, Mom. He’s in the choir, too."

"I see," Sarah paused. "I guess it’s ok with me, then. Can he be there at 5:30?"

"His sister is going to drive me home after my afternoon practice so he’s going to come home with me then. We’ll be home waiting for you, if that’s ok with you."

"Yeah, I guess so," Sarah said and then added, "don’t go into the bedroom though. Stay in the family or living room until I get there."

"Thanks Mom," Ralphie said. "I know you’re going to really like Andy a lot."

"Rachel," Amy said as Ralphie handed the phone back to her, "you didn’t tell her I’m really a girl. She’ll be expecting a boy and you told her I’m your boyfriend. What is she going to think?"

"I know," Ralphie grinned. "I guess I just felt a little mischievous and decided to play a little Halloween trick. Do you think it’s a bad idea? Should I call her back?"

"I guess if she’s open enough to let you have your new boyfriend home with you she’ll take it ok," said Amy.

"Oh she’s great," Ralphie said. "Before my dad died last year he told me that if I found a woman half as wonderful as my mother I would be the luckiest man in the world. And I believe that. And I also think I’ve found a girl just as wonderful as my mom."

CHAPTER SIX - Trick or Treat

School was out at 2:45 and Ralphie headed to the music building where he would practice for another hour-and-a-half. Amy met him there and listened as he practiced. Tracy Brown, Amy’s older sister walked in at 4:25.

"You’re early," Amy whispered to her sister as Ralphie flew through one of Liszt’s Hungarian Rhapsodies.

"I know," Tracy whispered back. "God! He is good. Isn’t he?"

"Yeah, he is." Amy paused and then whispered to Tracy, "We’re going steady, you know. We won the couples contest today!"

"Really!" Tracy lit up. This is what she had hoped for ever since Ralphie had come into Nordstrom and bought a dress for Halloween. She was hoping it would bring the two of them together. Amy talked incessantly about Ralphie at home. About how romantic his piano playing is and how sexy he looked while enraptured at the piano. It had been her idea to have her sister dress as a boy for Halloween because she knew Ralphie was dressing as a girl. She was hoping they would hit it off when Ralphie told her he had gotten the dress from her at Nordstrom.

Music thundered out of the piano as Ralphie reached the conclusion of Hungarian Rhapsody No. 8. His teacher’s goal was for him to play the complete set of nineteen Rhapsodies by the time he finished high school. He was far ahead of schedule. He was mastering one a month.

Both girls erupted in applause as Ralphie finished. Ralphie looked up and saw that Tracy had arrived. He looked up at the clock and saw that it was time to go.

"Oh, hi Tracy," he said while gathering his books together. "I didn’t know you were here."

"Wow!" Tracy exclaimed as Ralphie stepped out from behind the piano. "That was great Ralphie. And you look great today, too. I didn’t expect you would look so much like a girl. If I hadn’t known it was you I wouldn’t have ever known you’re really a guy."

"Mom said I could go to Ralphie’s house for dinner and Trick-or-Treating," Amy said. "Can you drop us at Ralphie’s house in the Meadows?"

"Sure, that’s right on the way up to the 280," Tracy said. "I can hop right on to the freeway from there."

Luscious fragrances of food cooking greeted Sarah as she walked up the front walk of her house. She was nervous about meeting Ralphie’s new boyfriend. She was worried that she had gotten too carried away with this whole cross-dressing for Halloween thing. But if he was gay it hadn’t just happened because he was wearing a dress today. Did he like it that much? She had wondered more than once this last week if this was something that Ralphie had tried before. And now he was bringing home a boyfriend. She didn’t really care if he was gay other than for the trouble it could cause for him. Sarah loved her son too deeply to let his sexuality prejudice her. She was glad they had started dinner. She was starving.

The kitchen was empty, but Sarah heard Ralphie’s voice in the family room talking to someone. "Must be Andy," Sarah thought. She set her purse down on the kitchen counter and walked into the family room.

"Hi Mom," Ralphie said as she came in. She was surprised that he still had the dress on. It even looked like he had kept his makeup fresh throughout the day since he still looked radiant. She thought he made a beautiful girl. She got a pang in her gut that she would never have a daughter. "This is Andy Brown, my new boyfriend."

"Hello Mrs. Edwards," Amy tried again to sound like a boy, but it was useless. She was blessed with a sweet feminine voice.

"Well hello, Andy," Sarah laughed out loud as all her fears cascaded away from her. Andy was the most beautiful boy she had ever seen. Except maybe her son. There was no mistaking Andy for a boy, though. She gave Andy a hug. "You certainly are a handsome young man. May I ask what your intentions are with my daughter? She is young and vulnerable and you are so dashing I don’t think she’ll be able to resist you."

"I have only honorable intentions for Rachel, Mrs. Edwards," Amy giggled.

"I certainly hope so," Sarah said, "I wouldn’t want Rachel to get hurt in any way. Rachel, will you come and help me get dinner on the table. I’m starving!"

Dinner was set out on the table and the mealtime conversation was centered on the events of the day. Sarah liked Amy more and more as time went on. Her heart soared that her son had such a lovely girlfriend and Amy seemed to be completely enamored with Ralphie.

CHAPTER SEVEN - Paul and Cheryl

Paul knocked on Cheryl’s door at 6:00, the time she had told him to be there. Paul was amazed when the door seemed to open by itself and a sultry voice told him to come in. Since it was dark he couldn’t really see anything as he walked into the house. He had recognized Cheryl’s voice but he still didn’t see as the door closed behind him. Suddenly what little light there was disappeared as a blindfold was quickly placed over his eyes. Cheryl told him to relax as he started to tense up. Cheryl led him into another room where she finally took the blindfold off of him. It was dark in this room, too, but there were several candles around giving a dim light. Paul turned and looked at Cheryl. She was wearing a red leather bra with black lace, red satin panties and a red leather garter belt with black stockings and black high heel stilletto heels. She was holding a short black and red leather whip.

Paul went to kiss her, but she snapped the whip at him. He flinched back. "Not just yet, my sweet," she said lustily. "I have some plans for you, but you need not worry, I think you’ll enjoy the evening."

There are some women in the world who will hold the power of their sexuality over a man. These women can be dangerous, but they can also be exciting. Paul’s initial reaction was one of fear, but as Cheryl came closer to him he felt the lump in his throat move down to between his legs. Cheryl stroked his cheek with a long red fingernail and told him to remove his clothes. Paul obeyed immediately thinking he was going to get something really quick.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk," Cheryl purred as Paul pulled off his boxers. "What do we have here," she said as she ran the tips of her fingernails along the hidden treasure inside the boxers. "This won’t do at all. You are a naughty boy, aren’t you Paulie? I don’t want you to think you can have hard-ons in front of me anytime you please." Her voice held a treachery that made Paul wince. The sting of the whip on his bare ass confirmed the treason in her voice. His spirits flagged as did his treasure.

Paul started to get angry and he told Cheryl he would leave if she did that again.

"Oh, I don’t think so, Pet," Cheryl purred as she ran her fingernail under his chin. She stung him again with the whip after she had picked up his clothes and threw them out the open window.

"Hey, what are you doing with my clothes?" Paul started to argue but the anger of the whip found his skin again and he silenced.

"You will enjoy this a lot more if you will start treating me with some respect," Cheryl sneered. "Besides I have some clothes for you, but I don’t want you to get them dirty so you have to take a bath first. I’ve already drawn it for you. Follow me."

In the bathroom there was a tub full of hot steaming water and bubbles. Paul thought it was starting to look a lot like hell as the red light of the candles illuminated the steam and foam. His ass stung again as the whip found it’s mark again.

"Get in the tub!" Cheryl hissed.

Paul climbed in not wanting to feel the sting of Cheryl’s wrath again. The water was very hot and it hurt especially where Cheryl’s anger had found it’s outlet on his cheeks. Cheryl handed Paul a razor and told him to shave his entire body and call her when he was done. When Paul began to protest Cheryl merely left the room and locked the door telling him he could sit in there all night or get busy on that nasty body hair.

The razor slid smoothly over his soapy body and Paul found he was enjoying the smooth look the razor left in its track. He soon had shaved his entire body which had been mostly hair free, anyway. He got out of the tub and called out to Cheryl that he was done.

Paul stood in the bathroom for several minutes before the door opened again and Cheryl stood in front of him. Paul felt his treasure rise up again Cheryl inspected his razor work. "Not a bad job for the first time," she purred, "but I’ve warned you about that thing of yours."

The whip cracked across his cheeks again and Paul softened. Cheryl handed Paul a black satin robe and told him to put it on. As he tied the sash in front he felt Cheryl put a leather collar around his neck. There was a leash attached to it which Cheryl grabbed and told Paul to follow her. Something about being totally in her control started to make Paul feel good inside. It was nice to be taken care of. His parents hadn’t shown this much interest in him in years. It was good to have the attention lavished on him. He followed without a struggle.

"You are learning fast, Paulie," Cheryl cooed. "You may get some fine rewards if you keep it up…or down I should say." Cheryl laughed a wicked laugh as she pulled the robe open and checked his treasure.

Cheryl led Paul back into the bedroom and told him to remove the robe which he did. She then took a leather string with a wide piece of leather at the end which she wrapped around his flaccid flesh. She then pulled the string back through his legs, up his crack and then around his waist. She cinched it tight and tied it off. She then handed Paul a pair of white satin panties and told him to put them on. She then stroked the front of Pauls crotch as she purred, "Nice and smooth. So flat."

Paul looked down and saw that his treasure was gone. It was nowhere to be seen, but he could feel it swelling so he knew it was still there. Cheryl handed him a pair of black pantyhose and told him to put them on telling him these were the same pantyhose that he had been touching earlier today. Paul remembered the passionate kisses he and Cheryl had enjoyed before being caught by one the school teachers. They had felt good on Cheryl, that was for sure. Paul sat on the edge of the bed and pulled the pantyhose on. They were so smooth and silky.

"Do you like them, pet?" Cheryl watched as her victim carressed his own legs.

"Yes," Paul said meekly.

Cheryl then put a black satin bra on Paul and put breast forms in each cup of the bra. Cheryl handed Paul a black satin miniskirt which matched the bra. He slipped it on without having to be told to do so. Cheryl rewarded him with a kiss. She then gave him a black satin blouse which he started to button up, but she stopped him and told him to leave it open so she could see the lovely bra he was wearing.

Cheryl then seated Paul at her vanity and applied makeup to his face. She finished with a bright red lipstick. She clipped black and red earring on to his ears.

"You are definitely going to be rewarded for being so compliant, Paula girl," Cheryl said as she straddled him.

Paul could feel his treasure swelling as Cheryl pressed against him while she applied the cosmetics. But there was nowhere for it to go since it was all tied up.

Cheryl looked at him and told him he was done. She then reached into her closet and pulled out her black minidress and slipped it on. She took her witchs’ hat off of a shelf, put it on and told Paul it was time he be rewarded for being such a good girl.

Paul grinned as he thought that Cheryl was going to have sex with him now. But instead she grabbed the leash and told him to follow her. Cheryl led him back to the front door and had to smack his ass when he wouldn’t go outside willingly. Once they were outside Paul saw a limosine waiting for them. Cheryl pulled him down to the curb where the chaffeur opened the door. Cheryl had to flag him again as Paul stood outside the car looking in at all his friends. But then Paul noticed that all the girls were dressed like Cheryl and the guys all were dressed like him.

"Looks like you’re one of us now, Paula," said Marie Antonio jerking the leash of her boyfriend, Marco. "I know Marcia is happy to see you, aren’t you Marcia?" she said tickling Marco’s face with her leather whip.

Once they were inside the limo the girls told the boys they were tired of their male egoism and that if they didn’t behave properly they would pay for it. If they behaved they would be rewarded with exactly what they wanted. The boys found it easy to obey for evermore.

CHAPTER EIGHT - November First

Bright sunshine greeted the first day of November. Ralphie awoke and lay in bed remembering the day of reverie he had enjoyed dressed as a girl. He was feeling a little forlorn that Halloween was over and he couldn’t enjoy his new dress openly anymore. He got up and showered and out of habit he shaved his legs. "I guess I can still enjoy this part of it," he thought. "No one will ever know."

As he went into his room he saw the panties his mother had bought him for Halloween. He thought if he just rinsed them out he could wear them again. He went back into the bathroom and rinsed them out. He then took them out to the laundry room and put them in the dryer. There was a few towels already dried still in the dryer so he put in the panties and turned the dryer on. Since they were satin they dried quickly. Ralphie took them out and went back to his room to finish getting dressed. He pulled the panties on and enjoyed the smooth feel of them. He then picked up the pantyhose and put them on. No one would see them under his pants, would they?

The dress was hanging in the closet and Ralphie could see it. His mom wasn’t up yet so he could put it on for a while. He decided to put the bra on, too. He stuffed his new breast forms into the bra and then pulled on the dress. He brushed out the wig and put in on his head. He looked in the mirror and saw Rachel again and his heart sang with joy.

Sarah woke up and went out to the kitchen to put a pot of coffee on. She had heard Ralphie stirring earlier but he had gone back into his room. She went out to pick up the morning paper. She picked it up off of the driveway and started reading the headlines as she walked back in the house. She put the paper on the kitchen table and then poured a cup of coffee and sat down to read the paper.

"Good morning, Mom."

"Good morning, Ralphie…." Sarah gasped as she looked up and saw Rachel. "What are you doing with your Halloween costume on?"

"I, uh, well, I just uh liked it so much I wanted to wear it again," Ralphie stammered. "Is it ok."

"Yeah, I guess so if you like it," Sarah smiled at her son, no, her daughter she thought.

Sarah could hardly concentrate on the paper as she started to think about the possibility of having a daughter, too. Rachel had gotten a bowl of cereal and was reading the paper when Sarah excused herself and went into her bedroom, took a shower and got dressed. As she was dressing she heard Rachel start in on the piano. She finished getting dressed and then went out and asked Rachel if she wanted to go to the mall with her.

"Sure, mom," Ralphie said. "I can practice later. I’ll go get changed right away."

"No," Sarah said quickly. "I want my daughter to go with me today. Come into my room and I’ll do your makeup."

"Are you sure, Mom?" Ralphie didn’t know whether to be scared or excited. His mother was taking him out dressed up like a girl.

"Yes, Rachel," Sarah said. "I’ve always wanted a daughter to shop with and now that I have her I don’t think I want to let her go."

Tracy Brown rolled the rack of clothes out of the back room and out onto the sales floor. She started to put some sweaters away on a rack when she noticed a woman and her daughter had come in while she was in back. They were looking at dresses. They looked familiar to her, but she didn’t place them right away. She went over to them and asked them if she could help. When the girl turned around she gasped as she recognized little Ralphie Edwards. She tried to keep her composure and said hello to them.

"You look cute today, Rachel," she said finally. "Are you looking for yourself today?"

"Yes she is," Sarah said. "Ralphie enjoyed being Rachel so much that he wants to spend some more time as a girl. I must admit I’m enjoying having a daughter around, too."

Ralphie was getting very nervous now that he was actually out in public and doing this. He almost wished he could hide somewhere.

"I thought this dress looked good on her," Tracy said pulling out one of the dresses Ralphie had tried on the week before.

The ice had been broken. They were soon pulling clothes off of a lot of racks and Ralphie found himself back in the dressing rooms trying on dresses. But this time he looked like any other girl and no one laughed or stared as he went in. Ralphie picked out two new dresses, two skirts, two blouses and a sweater and his mother went out to pay for them.

"Hi Rachel!"

Ralphies heart sunk as he walked out of the dressing rooms. Sitting in the chair just outside the door was Amy.

"Uh, hi Amy." Ralphie squeaked. "I, uh. …"

"Boy am I glad to see you!" Amy said as she stood up and hugged Rachel. "I was afraid I’d never get to see you again."

"What do you mean?" Rachel asked.

"I really think you’re cute dressed up as a girl," Amy said. "I’m so glad to see you dressed this way today."

"You do? You are?"

"Yes I am." Amy stated flatly. "And I still hope that we can go out together even though I’m never dressing in boys clothes again. I think you’re sexy dressed as a girl."

Sarah walked over to Amy and Rachel and handed Rachel her new clothes. "Hello Amy. I couldn’t help overhear your conversation and I’m delighted that you like Rachel so much. What do you say we all go together and get some lunch. But I think we need to get Rachel some more casual clothes first. You want to go with us?"

"You bet, Mrs. Edwards!" Amy said. "I’ll let Tracy know I’ll get a ride home with you guys later on."

Together Sarah and Amy outfitted Rachel from head to toe; from casual to dress up.

Later that night after they had all taken in a movie they stopped in at a coffee shop to get an ice cream sundae. They all could barely suppress a laugh when Paul Norman was led into the coffee shop on a leash by Cheryl Ellison. Paul had on a black leather miniskirt, nylons, high heel shoes he could barely walk in and an unbuttoned blouse that showed his black satin bra. He did not have a wig and there was no doubt he was a boy dressed in girls’ clothes.

"I guess there’s no accounting for taste," Rachel stated in a matter of fact tone as she watched Cheryl and Paul pass by their table. Paul did not even notice them as he just kept his eyes straight ahead trying to avoid the stares and snickers of everyone in the coffee shop. Nobody paid any attention to Sarah and the two teenage girls with her. There was nothing to notice except three pretty women.
