Story Submission Form

The form is actually very simple, and there are only a few fields to fill out. You would be amazed at the stuff I receive because authors refuse to read the SIMPLE directions on the previous page. It is MOST emphatically recommended that you read the directions THOROUGHLY before completing it for the first time, AND check to see if they have been modified before successive uses.

PLEASE read the [help] screens on this page when using the form for the first time.

The directions or form were last modified on 07-24-2005, except to note that I am NO LONGER going to post stories where the author has screwed up the title. I make very few demands, but I do DEMAND that you at least get the title to your own story correct. I will no longer spend my precious time making up for a complete lack of attention to detail on the part of the author when they are entering the title.

	Age Progression	Stories where the main character, through changes, becomes older. There must be sufficient story material written which describes the character at both stages. Simply saying 'Robert and I have been married for 20 years now and I have never been happier' does not qualify for this category.
	Age Regression	Stories where the main character through changes actually becomes younger as the story progresses.
	Altered Fates	** Must only be used for stories that occur in the universe, Altered Fates. All the stories carry the same theme where a medallion with transformation powers is used. 	Articles/Essays/and Information	Non-fiction submissions, or, fictional accounts meant to educate or inform about TG issues.
	Bad Boy to Good Girl	Unruly Boys who as a form of punishment must dress as girls.
	Bikini Beach	** Stories that occur in the common Universe called Bikini Beach. All stories have the common theme of occurring on a beach where males are changed into females after purchasing a pass to use the beach.You can find the guidelines for writing in this universe at Bikini Beach- Build-your-own-story. This universe is currently closed for new stories.
	Bimbo	Stories where a main character becomes a complete air-head, virtually incapable of independent thought and reasoning.
	Bizarre Body Modifications	Stories where the main character gets some Bizarre Body Modifications. Usually this will involve EXTREME breast size or penis enlargement. These stories are not for the faint or heart.
	Body Suits	Stories where people get into a Body Suit that causes changes. Either reversible or irreversible.
	Body Swap	Stories in which two different characters within the same story Swap Places. Either by magical, or sci-fi means.
	Bondage (S&M, Severe)	Stories in which Bondage is either severe, or an important theme in the story.
	Caught with Consequences	The central theme is a TV getting caught either fully dressed or wearing female undergarments. And must suffer, or dress more as a result of being caught.
	Chemical or Drug Induced Change	Stories where chemicals or drugs are used to influence the persons mind or body. Hormones are not the principle chemical used.
	Crime Punishment	Stories in which the person is punished for a Crime and transformed.
	Crossdressing/TV	Stories that involve general crossdressing, transvestite themes.
	Cultural Change	Stories where the main character changes cultures as part of their transformation. This does not include stories where a smart male becomes a dumb female.
	Deals, Bets or Dares	Stories where the the main character is transformed as the result of a making a Deal, part of a Bet or accepts a Dare.
	Female to Male Transformations	Stories in which a female become male. There are a few out there and they will all be put into this one category.
	Femdom/ Authoritarian	Stories in which Female Domination or woman who use an Authoritarian attitude, is the key story line.
	Girl's School	Stories in which the story line revolves around the main character spending time at a girl's school or academy.
	Hugglebugs	** Stories that occur in the Universe called Hugglebugs. All the stories carry the same theme of using a special product that causes changes to the subject's body. For universe rules visit the "Universes" page in the Author's Corner.
	Humor	Stories where humor is one of the main goals of the author, and a major component in the storyline.
	In Hiding	Stories where the main character must hide from the law, Mafia, mob, or someone. And to hide they take on the disguise of a woman.
	Magic Depot	** Stories that occur in the Universe called the Magic Depot. All the stories carry the same theme of using things purchased at the Magic Depot store for the transformation. For universe rules see the two original stories on Fictionmania.
	Magical Transformations	By some Magical Means people are transformed.
	Mannequin or Doll	Stories in which the main character is turned in a Mannequin or Doll
	Medieval Times	Stories that take place in Medieval times. Knights, Lords and Fair Maidens.
	Mind Altered/Hypnosis/ Brainwashed	Stories where the main story line involves the male having his mind altered by hypnosis or brainwashing to stop resisting the changes forced on him.
	Mind Transfer/Mind Possession	Stories in which a persons mind is transferred to another female host and leaving the original host behind. Not a mind swap, see the Body Swap Category.
	Misc. Stories	Stories that contain very little if any TG, but could be of interest to the readers here. Some are written by popular TG fiction writers.
	Morphic Adaptation Unit	** Stories that occur in the Universe called the Morphic Adaptation Unit. All stories have the common theme of occurring in the Morphic Adaptation Unit setting. The MAU is an alien device that can transform the user into nearly anything they can imagine - but they are demo units that quit working after a time. Rules are posted on ElrodW's website.
	Physically Forced or Blackmailed	Stories in which the main character is Physically Forced or Blackmailed to dress or be transformed against their will.
	Pop Culture	Stories that are based on Television, Movies, Comic Book Characters or people in or of current events. This does not include medieval or mythological story lines.
	Puzzles	Stories that contain a puzzle that you must figure out with the answers listed at the end of the story.
	Sci-Fi	Stories where futuristic machines, chemical processes, DNA altering methods are used that are totally impossible by today's known methods. I.E.: Science Fiction
	Seasonal	Stories that involve seasonal events like Halloween and Christmas.
	Secretary/Office	Stories in which a boss/manager is dominated in an office situation, and undergoes role reversal or subjugation.
	Sexual Punishment	Stories in which a person is expected to experience life as a female as punishment for Sexual Harassment or Cheating on a wife or girl friend.
	She Males	Stories that involve she males that don't fit into another category that is more descriptive of how they become one.
	Spells R Us (SRU)	** Must only be used for stories that occur in Universe, created by Bill Hart, called Spells R Us. All the stories carry the same theme of the Spells R Us magic shop. For universe rules, see : Transform.to_SRU_rules.
	Stuck	Stories where the person ends up stuck as a female that is out of their control. More of a surprise then being forced.
	Sweet & Sentimental	Stories in which love and innocence are VERY pervasive.
	Tales of Djinnar	** Stories that occur in the common Universe called the Tales of Djinnar. All the stories carry the same theme of using the Djinn to cause changes. For universe rules, see the posted stories at Fictionmania.
	The Great Shift	** Stories that occur in a Universe called The Great Shift. All the stories carry the same theme when a Great Shift occurs and everybody swaps bodies. For universe rules, see the posted stories at Fictionmania.
	The Operation	Stories that involved males who get a sex change operation, either willingly or unwillingly. Does not include stories where other means are used to make a complete change of sex.
	Turned Into A Piece Of Female Clothes	Stories in which the main character is turned into a piece of female clothes.
	Undercover/ Detective	Stories in which a person takes on the disguise of a women or girl to help solve a crime or to do private investigation work.
	Victorian Times	Stories that take place in what might be called Victorian Times. Corsets, bustles and long gowns.
	Ye Olde Body Shoppe (YOBS)	** Stories that occur in the Universe called Ye Olde Body Shoppe. All the stories carry the same theme of using Ye Olde Body Shoppe for the transformation. For universe rules, see the posted stories on Fictionmania.
	** Authors who do not follow the established rules for a universe (only those rules in place at the time of submission) risk having their stories removed from StorySite until such time as they are modified to remove all reference to the universe.

	Appliances Attached	Stories where appliances of some type are glued or sewn on that can be either breast forms or a fake vagina.
	Bondage (light)	Stories that have a Bondage scene, but where it is light, and not a principal theme in the story, as is the case with the Category - Bondage (S&M)  above. DO NOT use both.
	Breast Implants	Stories that contain scenes where breast implants are administered either voluntarily or involuntarily.

	Extreme Body Piercing	Stories that have scenes of extreme body piercing. More then regular ear piercing.
	Hair or Hair Salon	Stories that contain scenes where the person gets their hair cut, rolled or colored either at home or in a hair salon.
	Hormones	Stories that contain scenes where hormones are administered either voluntarily or involuntarily.
	Images	Stories where pictures or images have been included as an integral component of the story.
	Long Finger Nails	Stories where the person gets very long finger nails, either at home or in a hair or nail salon.
	Maids or French Maids	Stories that contain scenes where the main character must act like or become a maid or French maid
	Petticoats and Crinolines	Stories in which the main character dresses in petticoats, crinolines with lots for ruffles and lace
	Pregnant/Having a Baby	Stories that contain scenes where the transformed person gets pregnant and or has a baby.
	Prom Girl or Fancy Dance	Stories that contain a scene involving the heroine going to a Prom or a Fancy Dance as a girl.
	School Girl	Stories in which the person spends part of the story as a schoolgirl, unlike the category schoolgirl where they spend the entire story as a schoolgirl.
	Very High Heels	Stories that contain scenes where the person wears extremely high heels.
	Wedding Dress or Married	Stories that contain scenes where the person either wears a wedding dress or ends up married either to a male or a female. In the case of the female, they were not married before some sort of transformation.

	Pre-Teen Under 13	Stories in which the main character is a Pre-Teen throughout the story
	Teenager 13-18	Stories in which the main character is a Teenager throughout the story. Since you enter College at about 18 or 19, and you can be in high school at 18, this category stops at 18, and 19 shows up in the College Age Group.
	College Age 19-26	Stories in which the main character is College Age, 19 to 26 throughout the story. Does not mean they attend college. Just in this age bracket. Since you enter College at about 18 or 19, and can be in high school at 18, there is an overlap of 19 with Teen, 19 is here.
	Adult 26-55	Stories in which the main character is an Adult, 26 to 55 throughout the story.
