| A young boy is playfully coerced into cross-dressing by his three sisters
and their friends during an afternoon in the house, and his mother mischievously goes
along after arriving home from shopping. When it's time to change back, he finds that he
doesn't want to. He had discovered a new world, a world where he had previously only been
an outside spectator. So
began the progression of David/Darla Anne, a wonderfully gifted but lonely child, to
adulthood. The story opens in the mid 60's, when life was very different from what we
experience today.
